The teeth cleaning by the office hygenist was great but felt rushed. Also, Dr. Santos was not in the office to review my xrays or answer my questions. The office scheduled me for another future consultation which I feel they should have told me over the phone before the appointment. Requesting time off isn't easy.

I did not enjoy it very much. Immediately I felt like I was in a sales environment and I was being sold on all these services that I needed to fix every possible thing about my teeth. I would not go back to this dentist again because of this. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to get out as soon as possible.

She tried to upsell me on some services that were purely cosmetic by making it sound like I needed them. Also, those services were not covered by my insurance policy and I had to ask repeatedly to find out. So I won't go back again.
