The staff told me that their office system is not linked with ZocDoc. In the age of technology that’s not acceptable. I had an emergency and sat around the office for awhile before anyone spoke to me. I was not impressed with how they managed a new potential patient.

Great experience! On the first visit Dr. Lake takes lots of photos (not just x-rays) as a means of watching how your teeth change over time. He also goes through all the photos to show you what he's seeing. Gentle cleaning. Nice staff. Highly recommended.

He was very personable and fun to talk with. His office is the cleanest and nicest dentist office I've ever been in and I've probably seen 10+ through my life of constant moving. To boot, he very simply explained everything going on with my teeth both past and present, why it mattered, how it affects my teeth now and in future but not using any "scare" tactics just simple explanations. If you're looking for a new dentist and just read this, you're done looking. This is where you go.

Dr. Paul-Ryan is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is also super warm and caring---which will put even the most nervous patient (read me!) at ease. The office is extremely clean and very modern with all of the latest equipment. Office hours and locations are very convenient, which makes scheduling a breeze. Definitely one of the best dentists that I have used.

Paul and his team (from the receptionist to the hygienists) were all so friendly, energetic and on point. The hygenist I had paid extremely close attention to things I pointed out. Paul was the nicest guy- very fun and relatable! I highly recommend him and am planning on going back!

Dr. Lake was fantastic! It had been 8+ years since I had been to the dentist but being new to SF figured now was the time to establish a better dental routine. He made me feel welcomed, relaxed and did an excellent job of presenting information. I'm really excited to make this my new dentist office! I don't usually write reviews but when the level of service is this high, it would have been a shame not to.

The office is super conveniently located in Union Square overlooking the park. It was sleek and clean inside with modern equipment. Dr. Lake was fantastic, great demeanor- calming, efficient and mindful to the apprehension I had after waiting two years between dentist visits. Teeth cleaned and checked in a thorough manner and out the door having one of the better dental visits I've ever had. I would highly recommend!

The office is nice and they have iPads to fill out forms. Having iPads is not as good as DocuSign-ing forms, but still 10x better than paper forms that most of the other offices utilize.
The doctor was nice and the equipment was fantastically brand new.
The best thing I liked is that office is neat and clean. Somethings tells me that I can trust for my future visits.

A state-of-the-art office with extremely warm and kind employees. I was sad to go - which I think is something you can rarely ever say about your dentist appointment!

I needed a root canal and although he was unable to do it, he saw me late on a Friday afternoon and then got me into an appointment on Monday to get it done.
