Amazing experience. All of the staff is very helpful and professional. Dr. Katz is deliberate and makes you feel comfortable. The woman at the front desk made you feel welcome and has great customer service. She's quite good looking too. You could tell the manager enjoys her job and is good at it. Not many places have great customer service, a professional atmosphere, and make you feel welcome but this place does.

Excellent! My visit went by quickly and my teeth feel great. I was recommended only what I need and provided tips on cleaning my teeth healthy. The cleaning at this location is excellent I felt no pain and it felt like it went by so quickly.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I went in for an annual check up. My appointment was at 2pm and I did not see Dr. Katz until 3pm for no more than a 5 minute review of my X-rays and not at all thorough mouth check.
I didn’t even get a cleaning - they expect you to book an entirely new appt for a cleaning after spending an HOUR and 15 minutes in their office just waiting on the patient chair.
I have never experienced needing to come back for a cleaning especially after such a lengthy visit. What a waste of time.

I would like to share what a great experience I had on my first visit to Sage Dental. I was seen promptly, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and more than willing to answer any questions I had. I have a long road ahead for my teeth but I am totally confident in Dr. Katz and the rest of the dental professionals at Sage Dental. The hygienist that saw me was also very kind, and skilled as my potentially painful procedure was practically painless.

Everytime I go there I wait more than an hour even though if I'm 15 minutes late, they'll cancel my appointment and charge me fpr the visit.
Also, they made me pay a copay when I am not required for regular annual cleanings. My insurance plan covers 100% of my visit.
