Dr. Ellie Tabaraie grew up in the Newport hills neighborhood in Bellevue, WA. She received her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Washington (1997). She completed her dental school training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, (2001). Dr. Ellie practiced dentistry at the Affordable Dental Care Clinics for almost five years before starting her current practice. In addition to practicing general dentistry, she has had extensive training and experience in root canal therapy and extraction of erupted wisdom teeth.
In her free time, Dr. Ellie likes to spend time with her husband and son. She also enjoys road-biking, skiing, hiking, yoga and learning new languages. If Pink Martini or Bebel Gilberto are in town, Dr. Ellie is in the audience. On sunny weekends, you are likely to spot her strolling in the Pike Place Market savoring a freshly baked raspberry croissant at Le Panier bakery.

I'm very happy with Dr. Ellie, she's very friendly and attentive and explains everything properly. Her staff is great too and unlike other dentist offices you do get seen by Dr. Ellie and not just an assistant.

Dr. Tabaraie is always way too happy for 8:00a dental procedures, but her beside manner and skills along with the skills of her staff are top notch. I used to go to the dentist every couple of years because I hated it. I still hate going, but haven't missed a 6-month appointment because her office makes it "not so bad". The email and phone reminders are also great.

Ellie is a great dentist! She's got all this fancy new equipment that makes dentistry so much more pleasant than I was expecting. She's particularly good at knowing when to let you speak while she's scraping around your mouth. :)
