About Dr. Jason Tsai
Providing exceptional, comprehensive oral health care with a personal touch is Dr. Jason Tsai’s goal at Complete Family Dentistry. Dr. Tsai’s dental training has spanned from dental school at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (Newark, NJ) to an additional year of residency training at Wichita State University’s AEGD program (Wichita, KS). Dr. Tsai is a self-proclaimed “continuing education junkie” who loves to update his dental skills and knowledge by attending courses from world-renowned educators.
Dr. Tsai’s better half is Colleen, who was raised in Shoreline, WA, and who also works in healthcare. They are blessed with a bouncing baby boy named Nicholas and a goofy Golden-doodle named Totoro. The Tsai family loves exploring Bellevue and the surrounding region for good eats, hikes, and dog parks. Dr. Tsai, meanwhile, loves spending time with family, working out, reading, podcasts, and trying to maintain a respectable golf handicap.

I scheduled my dental appointment through Zocdoc two weeks in advance. Two days before the appointment, the front desk called to reschedule. I agreed and picked another date. Then, on the morning of the new appointment, they called again asking to move the time once more!
I told them I couldn’t change again and asked to cancel the appointment. However, instead of canceling, they secretly changed my Zocdoc booking to the next week without telling me. This is completely unprofessional and confusing.
If you value your time and reliable communication, I would not recommend this office.

Dr. Tsai is an excellent dentist with the latest high-tech equipment. He listens and explains what he is doing and minimizes any pain or discomfort.

I took my son here for his first dentist appointment. Even though he only has seven teeth, Dr. Tsai took great care of him! He educated me on how to keep my son’s baby teeth healthy and form good dental habits as he grows. Not only that, but he was absolutely incredible with my one-year-old and made him feel super comfortable.
