Very pleasant! Her dental assistant Carmen was very friendly and professional as well as the dentist! I felt very comfortable which is a must for me since I'm a little anxious before getting my teeth examined. I went for a routine cleaning and she did a great job, she was also very thorough through out the visit and explained everything she needed to me in regards to the health of my teeth! I will be making future appointments for my lil young adults to have their dental cleanings next!

Dr. Bram is a graduate of New York University and has extensive post-graduate education and training in cosmetic and implant dentistry. When she is not in the office, she enjoys going to the theatre, ballet, and museums, as well as playing tennis and biking.

I arrived to my appointment the lady on the front desk ask me if I have anyone to watch my son bc they don’t allow kids in the office. The doctor stopped her and pulled her aside. The doctor then said to finish filling out the form then she will talk to me. So I did. She was very unprofessional and racist those me. There was another lady who had kid which was white but bc I was African American she didn’t not allow me to go in. The office kept calling me my appointment was Monday they called me Friday Saturday and the day off my appointment to confirm. Completely wasted my time she should have been upfront with me instead of wasting my time. I will never in my life go there again nor would I recommend any one to go there. If you are looking for a good dentist was respectful find someone else where. The office was dirty and she didn’t follow Covid-19 regulations. The office is small had a lot of people in a small area. One guy didn’t have his mask and the doctor kept taking off her mask when she was talking saying that she can’t breathe. Horrible place. Everyone would was there saw that what she did to me was unfair completely.

I wish I could give Dr. Bram 0 stars! Let me first say that I have never written a review in my life. BUT THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE. If only i had read these reviews before scheduling a visit with her! Like everyone else said- she is only concerned with money! My insurance tried to call their office multiple times and left voicemails because I overpaid for my visit but she has yet to call back!. I also tried calling multiple times but NO ANSWER!. This is probably because she LITERALLY HAS NO PATIENTS. I feel really bad for her receptionist who ALSO works as a medical assistant and x-ray tech. I am a healthcare provider and I treat my patients with respect and do not rip them off!!! STAY AWAY.

I had a 4pm appointment and was told the doctor was not in because she was out to lunch. When she examined me she spoke about over 5-6 cavities that no doctor had ever mentioned before. She said i would need multiple procedures and that they would send me an estimate that i never got. It feels like they just try to get money out of you. However, the dental assistant was very pleasant.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Faina Bram. She and her assistant were pleasant and caring as well as informative. I was made to feel comfortable and encouraged to ask any questions that I might have, which I did.
I was able to make payment with my credit card to cover what wasn't covered by insurance.
The location also was a plus for me with enough parking without having to drive in circles!

Dr. Bram was great! There was no wait time at all. The office was clean and the assistant was very polite and made you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr.Bram and that office. Dr. Bram was thorough in her examination and the staff was both courteous and helpful. She offered excellent recommendations for my teeth. Unfortunately, the office found out that my dental insurance isn't accepted at her office. Consequently, I have to find another dentist. My husband and I are confused about this and will follow up with our insurance provider.
