Dr. Gary and his team were professional and to the point in terms of the job. And anyone who goes to them will not come back feeling that they did not get their money's or time's worth. However, the one thing that I did not appreciate was the constant marketing around how their service is better than the other doctors out there. I'm not new in the dental circuit and he is not my first dentist. So, I didn't need to know how some dentists tend to miss things or misguide their patients but he doesn't. He made a big deal about how he was an art student before he became a dentist and therefore his work is always perfect and artistic. This was a huge turn off for me. I'm new in SF and may be this type of competitive talk is a SF thing. But I don't appreciate it. I want my dentist to keep to the facts, answer all my questions satisfactory without trying to sell me on their service. I'm already debating if I should even go back to him for a follow up visit.

Excellent visit, as usual. Dr. Arabatyan is attentionate and make sure there is no pain. He explains what he does, why he does it, uses the best technics and the result is outstanding.

Out of all of the dentists I've ever been to, going to Dr. Arabatyan's practice was the least pleasant. I was systematically strong-armed into paying for unpleasant dental care not covered by insurance and Dr. Arabatyan and staff transparently primarily viewed patients as sources of income from which to extract money.

Was great. As usual. Dr. Arabatyan was very professional, friendly and provided the new filling without any pain or discomfort. He explained the procedure and showed photos of the before and after. Great.
