“The staff was friendly,. I was late due to not being able to find parking close to the area. Being late was my fault, but they accommodated my appointment. Will not go back or recommend. They are an assembly line model and focused on production over patient care. Forced me to have XRs even though I already had them <6 months ago with no attempt by front desk to retrieve from my previous provider. Dentist said she would not perform a cleaning without XR, so I agreed. Software was down so they performed 2 full XR series, doubling my radiation exposure unnecessarily. I had a recent wrist fracture and had to repeatedly ask the hygienist to please warn me before abruptly moving the chair- continued disrespect for boundaries, even grabbing my lip to open my mouth without bothering to ask me to open first, and I asked her to please ask me to open rather than physically forcing me. 30 minute wait as they were training front desk staff, overheard other patients complaining as well, but back office told me I would wait much longer at other locations. Worst dental visit I have ever had.

I had such a positive experience at Serenity Dental Spa. Dr. Perez is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I am usually stressed during a dental visit, but she made me feel comfortable. She took time to go over my treatment plan and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her.

Staff and Dr. Perez are the best!! She explained everything to me. I was in pain for 2 days due to a cavity and Dr. Perez helped me get out of pain.

I had an exam and a filling done with Dr. Perez, and she was AMAZING! I get pretty anxious at the dentist, but the way she checked in with me constantly made me feel so much more comfortable and confident. Especially loved that she kept me updated on every step of the work she was getting done. Being so gentle and patient throughout the appointment. Thank you for such a great experience!

Have not been to a dentist in years. Dr. Perez was very gentle and eased all my fears. Found a cavity – there was time in my schedule to have the procedure right away. Dr. Perez explained to me the whole time what was being done. Very happy Went back to my office, told everyone to schedule appointments with Dr. Perez.

Dr. Perez is so warm and welcoming. As someone with dental anxiety, she took the time and effort to make sure I was comfortable. She walked me through step by step my treatment plan and was clear in her explanations.

Lots of reviews of pushiness to get fillings, questionable reivews of cavities, pushiness to get invisaline, reviews of clients who received fillings with long-term tooth pain. My cleaning was good and staff was decently friendly but I felt off energy as multiple people came to talk to me during the cleaning (which was unusual). Felt like a money hungry focused business who may be telling 1/2 truths.
