Wait time is a little long, but I can’t hold that against them. This office has a large patient volume and is great at getting patients treated quickly once they are brought back to a room.

My first appointment was for a dental cleaning. I called to confirm my appointment and they asked that I come in an hour later to help them out. I agreed. When I came in at the new scheduled time I had to wait over two hours. I had to come back for a filling and had to wait 1.5 hours to have the work done. I do not feel that my time was respected at all. Additionally, the whole office seemed disorganized. Aside from the wait, when some doctor came to do my filling he was going to do the wrong tooth because he couldn’t read the previous doctor’s handwriting. It definitely did not make me feel confident in the work they were about to do. Overall, terrible experience both visits and I would not recommend anyone ever come here.

The staff at the office are very friendly and professional. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very knowledgeable and interested in my needs/concerns. Though Dr. Caiafa only met with me for a few minutes, he was very polite.

I liked the dentist very much and his technician was very nice as well. The one thing I didn't like was that the woman from the front desk initially told me that I could only do a consult and xrays on my first visit and would have to return for my cleaning. I knew I had no problems and wanted the cleaning at the same time. So if you make an appointment and don't want to return twice I suggest calling to confirm they will allow you to get everything done at the same visit.

I had a great experience at Dr, Caiafa's office, they were all nice and professional. The staff was helpful, and worked as fast as they could with the high number of patients they had. My only issue was most likely no fault of their own, but I scheduled through ZocDoc.com, and when I arrived at the appointment (after receiving a confirmation email) the office had no record of it, and I had to wait until they could fit me in.

All dentists are excellent with what they do. The only problem with this facility is the wait time. Unless you're a new patient, they take forever to see you! Also, if you go 30mins-1hr prior to your appointment, it won't make a difference because they will make you wait until its your appointment time. Otherwise, they are easily recommended.

The workers there are very unfriendly. I like going to a place where they don't stare at you with a frown. They don't give proper information about further procedures. They told me I needed to et certain procedures done and gave me no information about cost and health coverage and when I should follow up. Very unprofessional changing my dentist today.

I waited an hour then was walked in then waited an additional 30 minutes before I even was xrayed. My cleaning took all of 5 minutes. When she was cleaning I expressed pain didn't even acknowledge it. For the amount of time I waited thought the staff could of been more attentive. Not so rushed. If it wasn't around the block from my house, I never come back.
