Best dentist visit I have ever had! I was treated with a wonderful patient experience from the reception to the treatment. The Dr was very honest and intelligent with his dental approach. I had gone to Bright months before where they claimed I had 6 cavities. Dr Pham told me this was not so. He took my x-rays, explained everything to me and was very thorough. He was so nice! 10/10 recommend.

Very pleasant experience. Dentist has great sense of humor and was very helpful in answering my questions. Not pushy at all; I didn't feel pressured to buy anything (i.e. braces, aesthetic caps for chipped teeth). I barely felt the cleaning, it was gentle. Highly recommended for sure.

Doctor Le was a great and thorough dentist, and really took the time to provide an overview of my oral health, and answer or explain any questions I had. Terrific bedside manner and gentle ease with which he examined my x-rays and offered options. The technicians were all very good as well, efficient and helpful.
I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Very professional! Learned how to care for my teeth better (took time to explain things in ways no dentist ever has!) and now I feel like I'm collaboratively invested with my dentist for the best outcome. Would have never thought that possible! Also, staff was very friendly!

Everyone at HP Dental was so kind and helpful. I ended up having to go to a specialist but rather than just making a referral they made a same day appointment for me to ensure that I was treated right away. Will be going back for regular dental care and would highly recommend.

I had a bike accident and one of the front teeth got chipped and some inflammation, so I made an appointment within the same day and was seen right away when I arrived. The dentist (I forgot what his name is) was extremely helpful in restoring my front tooth and assured that the accident didn't damage the root or nerves, which was such a HUGE relief! The restoration was perfect as I couldn't tell where the filling is. I'll definitely come back for an annual cleaning in the near future.

I am been going to Dr. Hai Pham for some years now. I have gone to many dentists prior to seeing Dr. Pham, and he is by far the best dentist I have ever seen! He's highly skilled, gentle and is very pragmatic in his approach. He doesn't do any work that's unnecessary and the work he does is of the highest quality. During appts where Dr. Pham is booked, my kids and I have also seen Dr. Le, who is also incredibly knowledgeable, has great bedside manner, and best of all, extremely good with kids! The office staff is helpful as well.

I was thinking about changing my dentist since the copay fee became very steep with my new insurance and my friend told me about this office so I gave it a try. The lady working at the front desk explained the benefits to me in details, which was a huge plus, since I always found that most dental offices tried to hide the information. The check up was also a positive experience since the dentist was quick in spotting issues with my teeth and also was able to solve them within the visit. I knew right away this was the right dental office for me.

I have been to this office the last twenty plus years of my life. All doctors there are extremely nice, down to earth, honest, professional, ethical and they all do care a lot about patients.
I did have my dental work done here every six months with various providers, every single time, they dilivered the best care ever. The beautiful thing about this
Practice is that all four providers there working together for a long time. They always work well as a team, to care for patients. Whenever you need a second opinion, you won't need to go else where. I m a happy client :) I highly recommend dr Pham and his associates to all my friends and family.

I have been very picky about choosing the right dentist, and none of the dental offices I visited were up to my standard until I found this office. Most offices just have their dental hygienists clean, or barely poke, your teeth and a doctor would finally come and take a 2 minute exam. This office has real doctors who would take care of you from the beginning till end of the exam check-up session, which may take some what between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your oral health. The wait may vary but I never had to wait for more than half an hour. I always book my appointments with Dr. Le or Dr. Vi. They are super attentive and always take their time to point our places in my teeth that I need to work on. The best dental practice in Oakland imo. Highly recommended!
