Dr. Fleming is respectful, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I came in as his last patient of the day and asked him about a million consultation questions. With patience and kindness, he answered every question that I had and offered his honest advice and a recommended plan for moving forward. His staff was equally as welcoming and kind. I'm very glad that a friend highly recommended him and I would already do the same!

Dr. Fleming is proud to welcome you and your family to our practice. He looks forward to getting to know you and sharing in your life-changing orthodontic adventure. Passionate about his work as an orthodontist, Dr. Fleming truly enjoys helping others look and feel their very best.
Dr. Fleming completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia in 1978, and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Medical College of Virginia, also in Richmond, Virginia in 1982. In 1985 Dr. Fleming completed his Master of Science degree, specializing in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis. Dr. Fleming routinely attends continuing education courses to help bring our patients up-to-date, current orthodontic care and techniques.
Featured by "Washingtonian Magazine" in 2006 as one of the Top Dentists in the Washington, DC area, Dr. Fleming has also been awarded as one of "America's Top Dentists" for his expertise in orthodontics by the Consumers' Research Council of America each successive year since 2000. Dr. Fleming is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Orthodontic Study Club (serving as the president in 1992), Virginia Association of Orthodontists and Southern Association of Orthodontists.

The staff at Dr. Fleming's office are professional, courteous and committed to ensuring each patient feels comfortable. More importantly the team is committed to quality service and care. From the moment I walk in the office Jeanette treats me as a member of the family which shapes the rest of the visit. I would highly recommend this doctor. He is thorough and resolute in his care. Outstanding! Dr. Fleming assured me no teeth would be removed, "We'll fix the problem, not remove it" What a beautiful smile my sons now have. The whole school sees Dr. Fleming. You should too.
