With a unique blend of experience, technical expertise and a warm, compassionate approach, Dr. Pena has emerged as one of the finest orthodontic specialists in the area. His personal concern for each patient has brought accolades from patients, parents and his dental colleagues.
Dr. Peña is originally from Puerto Rico and attended the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. After graduating from dental school , Dr. Pena moved to NYC and completed a General Practice Residency. He practiced general dentistry for over 9 years before returning to the Bronx Lebanon Hospital to complete an additional three years of intensive, full-time training in the specialty of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
Dr. Peña is married with two children, Emilio and Penelope. He and his wife, Dr. Nina, share a true passion for orthodontics . His hobbies include golf, traveling and spending time with his family. He is a huge baseball fan and loves soccer and football.
Dr. Pena sincerely loves his profession as an orthodontist and takes great strides and extreme pride in producing the very best possible result for each patient.
