Dr. Lin does not seem to consider the patient’s overall condition and provides advice strictly from an orthodontic perspective. Based on his treatment plan, more than eight of my teeth would become non-functional or completely lost. When I raised legitimate questions, his response was dismissive and his attitude unprofessional. I believe he should prioritize patients’ well-being rather than rushing through treatment as though patients are simply cases to move along.

I went to Dr. Lin with a TMJ injury. I was nervous, because I'd never been treated for this and I wasn't sure which dentistry clinics would have the necessary expertise to help me. I'd read horror stories online about patients being upsold and getting more drastic treatment than they needed. In contrast to my fears, Dr. Lin examined me, performed a scan, and immediately told me that A) I should seek treatment from an oral surgeon (for whom he gave me a reference), and B) he would not charge me at all for my visit. His bedside manner bought my trust and put me at ease. I greatly appreciate Dr. Lin's integrity in proactively directing me to an expert in TMJ injuries. A week later, I've seen the expert he recommended, and my injury is nearly completely healed. Thanks, Dr. Lin!

Cannot say better things about this orthodontist. Dr Lin was extremely thorough and straightforward about the process. I finished my trays with refinements at no charge, and the level of attention given to me was more than I could ask for. Excellent and smooth from day 1 . highly recommend.

Dr Lin is incredibly knowledgeable but doesn't make you feel stupid when asking any questions. He genuinely wants to help inform your decisions with any procedure. He also doesn't push any unnecessary treatments on you but is open if you want aesthetic work done. He's also brisk and efficient (not rude, just aware of your time) which I appreciated.

Dr. Lin provides informative and transparent care, and from the beginning he made sure I understood the treatment and process - which turned out to be fairly simple from a patient standpoint. I have been very happy with cleanings from his staff, as well as with my orthodontic treatment by Dr. Lin. He always provides a comfortable and easy experience, and I am quite pleased with my improved smile :)
