Do be aware that it is a very small practice with one person at the front desk, so the phone is not picked up often. But at the office in person everyone is professional and friendly.

I'm moving out of the Bay Area soon, and one of the things I'll miss most is going to be my dentist! Dr Helen is absolutely fantastic and makes sure the patient experiences minimal pain. Highly recommended!

The hygienist took special care of not hurting you while she works on your mouth ... very careful and with professionalism ... For the first time, my mouth/teeth didn't hurt when I left Dr. Thai's office.

The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, a feature that almost dissipates the fear of dentists. I only consulted the dentists and didn't actually receive any treatment but when/if I will there is no doubt this is the office I shall be heading to.

She was professional, friendly, warm and put me in a better mood! Also, I felt she was realistic about my care rather than suggesting procedures I really don't yet need. Her office is clean and organized, and the other people who work there are also professional and friendly!

This office is run on girl power. I actually like going to the dentist but I'm sure anyone with a dental phobia would especially appreciate the vibrant atmosphere in this office and the sweet demeanor of the staff.
I had to have a cavity replaced and the procedure was absolutely painless. If anything, Dr Thai used a bit too much Novocaine (my cheek went numb up to my eyeball).
