I'm 43 years old and needed substantial maintenance (bridges). This is the only dentist I look forward to seeing. He makes you feel very comfortable, has a great sense of humor, and the work he does is exceptional. It makes you (almost) enjoy going to the dentist.

Dr Chau is a great dentist. Very gentle and caring, always makes sure I'm ok and not in any pain during a procedure. He knows I'm extremely nervous about dental visits and has a good way of making sure I'm fine and not stressed out.

I feel he and his staff are honest, competant, and caring professionals. I have found his prices to be consistantly lower than other dentists' officees I have comparison shopped with. Today, he told me of three cavitities that another dentist, who I saw three hours earlier, did not mention to me. Since both dentists had the same information including their examination of my mouth and identical xrays, I believe the other dentist was grossly negilent

Dr. Chung is a true professional who loves his work. It is obvious he feels that he must give the best possible care and attention to his patients as though they were his own family. I am impressed with the Office Manager and the Dental Assistants. They have smooth work flow mentality that is team oriented.

Dr. Chau was very nice and approachable. His office felt like it was setup pretty recently, like the staff haven't quite got into the swing of things yet. For instance, Dr. Chau just sort of hung out by the front desk while I was filling out my paperwork, like he didn't really have much to do. The office manager/receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but it was weird that he came back to the chair during the cleaning a couple of times to talk about billing. I just had a very standard routine cleaning, not some crazy surgery with unusual billing or anything that would necessitate him coming back to clear things with me. Seems like we could've worked it out at the front desk beforehand. It didn't seem like they had a routine in place so it was awkward and confusing. The assistant who prepped me was a little rough and not a great communicator. She seemed really cold at first, but eventually started to chat with me. Overall, I got a really thorough cleaning for a good price, so I'll be going back.

I am always a bit anxious when meeting a DR for the first time. It can be difficult to teach them how I expect to be treated. This visit went great from the beginning.
