First and foremost, I wanted to take some time to leave a thoughtful review. I rarely leave any form of review online due to the lack of laziness. But hands down, this has been the most informative and welcoming experience I had in a while at a dental office. Not only Dr. Hyun has a breadth of knowledge in her space but has demonstrated a unique and high quality of the work that goes in this profession. The service I received was an annual checkup and came out extremely satisfied.

Front desk coordinators are either incompetent or not trained on purpose. I was not told I was out of network, and the doctor never addressed it either. I thought I was getting good deals with this dentist because she would provide “office discounts.” in reality I was paying a lot of money out of pocket. Maybe I was naive, maybe I should have done more research. Instead, I trusted doctor and the office coordinators and didn’t think twice. I am now realizing how unethical the doctor is. On top of that, the doctor is also passive aggressive and curt with her assistants. It creates a tense and uncomfortable environment.

The dentist I saw was really great. The technician and the receptionist, unfortunately, were terrible—slow, ineffective, unable to answer basic questions, etc.

Great space, very pleasant atmosphere. They have a TV with Netflix and the chair gives a light massage. Very thorough cleaning, and took time to explain everything to me. Overall great experience.
