From the first moment I pulled up to the building, I was greeted with a well lit and well decorated office! As I walked inside, it literally felt like home. The inside is quaint, comfortable and immediately put me at ease. Mind you, this was at 7AM in the morning!
The office staff for chipper, friendly and Dr. Irina greeted me with a welcoming smile. I filled out just a couple forms and was quickly taken back into a room where I had x-rays and a full cleaning done.
Throughout my visit, Dr. Irina and her staff were kind, compassionate and attentive to anything I needed. I cannot express enough how highly I would recommend anyone who is looking for an environment that is welcoming and easy.
I am excited to continue coming in regularly and look forward to seeing the staff again! Great overall experience, top notch!

After being cancelled from a previous dentist appointment the same day, Valley View Dental was able to accommodate me right away, and I'm glad they did. The staff was very welcoming, and Irina was super sweet. She gave my teeth a great, thorough cleaning, and took the time to hear any concerns I had. I wish I had gone to her sooner!

She was really nice, very professional an kind, the staff was great. One thing that I would suggest for staff considering it’s a dental clinic... one of the most important thing to observe is dental/breath hygiene. Other than that everyone was really nice and very efficient.

The whole office was friendly! Dr. H listened to my concerns and we came up with a treatment plan. My insurance company was a little difficult to get a hold of first thing, but they explained everything to me. They definitely put me at ease since I had not been into the dentist in a long time!

My visit was wonderful the staff here are always very professional , friendly and kind. The office has a very warm charm to it. When you first meet Dr. Irina she makes you feel very relaxed. Dr. Irina is very honest in her treatment plan, she very caring she picks out the best treatment plan that you will be happy with. Dr. Irina does an excellent job, she pulled three teeth for me, 2 being wisdom and i had no pain at all she was gentle. I am now awaiting my approval for 2 permanent bridge work. I have made her my family Dentist. I bought my youngest child in today and she was wonderful with him. Best dentist ever i would actually give her a rating of 10+. Dr. Irina cares about her patients she gets to know you as a person, we need more Doctors and Dentists like her. she has a caring heart. I have referred her to all my family members and friends with High praises ! A very satisfied patient..indeed

I really like this DDS and her entire office staff. The only thing I wish was better is the accessibility to wheelchairs. Parking lot is small and does not really have wheelchair spaces or any ramps. She does have one entrance that I used with my powerchair, but it was difficult for my bus/transportation to get to. Once I got inside the building the rooms were accessible, but it was tight. Also, her waiting area is nicely decorated, but it would be nice if she had a TV to watch while waiting or some kind of popular magazines to read. Nevertheless, The Staff and Irina Hayrapetyan are why I will continue to go there as needed.

Dr. Hayrapetyan is very knowledgeable and professional. I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend Dr. Hayrapetyan to anyone without hesitation. Valley View Dental clinic is very well organized and equipped with cutting edge advanced instruments. The staff is very friendly and assistants are very considerate and professional.
