Dr. InSoo Song graduated from two of the strongest dental programs in the United States, and he has consistently worked to improve his knowledge and skill through continuing education. As a dental student at the University of Colorado, Dr. Song was able to start clinical training earlier than other programs and experience a variety of rotations in the community, hospital, and school clinic settings. He then completed residency at Idaho State University. As Idaho is one of the few states without a dental school, patients in the state with complex dental needs come to the residency program. At the residency clinic, Dr. Song worked closely with multiple specialists to learn the techniques and skills they use to solve patients' oral health challenges. This included advanced aesthetics and implants, oral surgery, perio surgery, and geriatric dentistry. Additionally, he pursues extensive continuing education courses and serves as a faculty member for leading implant courses. Above all, Dr. Song strives to provide evidence-based dental care, informed by both research and experience. ? Dr. Song was born and raised in South Korea, and was actually first an Army medic and then licensed pharmacist there before moving to the United States. He is married and has two young children. Dr. Song enjoys fishing, biking, and skiing when he gets the chance, as well as traveling the world to explore new cultures and visit family. He enjoys the diversity, fun people, and great restaurants of Carrollton and North Dallas.
