My whole family loves coming to Dr. Irv's office! Fans for years. His work is meticulous - "old school" in the best sense of the word. He is concerned with every aspect of dentistry and explained in detail the state of your dental health. Great with questions, great sense of humor; and most important, he is a heal mentsch. Dr. Golombeck is a New York native who has been practicing cosmetic and restorative dentistry for over 25 years. He graduated from Columbia University School of Dentistry and began his practice in Brooklyn. After a couple of years serving patients in Brooklyn, he found he was interested in prosthetic dentistry— the art of restoring the function and esthetics of people’s teeth—and wanted to gain more knowledge and skill in this area.
He attended a comprehensive two-year specialty training program in Prosthetics at the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry to focus on this specialty and now incorporates it into his general practice. He now has a practice with offices in both Manhattan and his home town of Great Neck, Long Island where he lives with his wife and raised his four children.
He has a passion for dentistry, and loves spending time with his wife, children & grandchildren whenever he can. Dr. Golombeck has lectured extensively and was an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University School of Dentistry for 5 years.
