Very busy office and understaffed -- took 20 mins before anyone acknowledged me. The dentist's office itself in need of a major upgrade. While the examination room appeared clean, it didn't feel welcoming (chipped cabinets, grey surroundings).

The Dr was fine but very quick with the appointment in a way that felt a bit rushed. I do not recommend go to the Court Street office he practices at. It was dirty and falling apart (my chair was held together by duct tape) I didn't feel like anything was sanitary - it was a bad environment to be in and I will not be going back.

The ratings don't lie. He is a great communicator. Really pleasant to talk to, and he explains things in a way that a patient understands. Not condescending at all (some doctors that I came across were very condescending and rude to the patients). Would definitely come back and have him as my dentist long-term!

The dental hygienist was was possibly the worst I have ever had in my life. Not only was she very rough and clearly was rushing but she was also rude and had no concern for my comfort. She hung the suction out of the side of my mouth during the cleaning which caused my tongue and cheek to dry out.
The doctor seemed personable and had a decent bedside manner, but he and all of his staff were clearly trying to see as many patients as they could as fast as they could.
I definitely wont go to this practice again.

I had an excellent first visit with this office. The staff were so very friendly, helpful, and professional. The Dr. Was very clear and considerate. I went for a second opinion and much preferred the opinion of Dr. Lee; far more honest than my previous dentist. Looking forward to future visits.

Dr. Lee is very kind, efficient and comforting. My appointment was very quick, but I appreciated it. Comfort is important for me when choosing a dentist which is why I chose Dr. Lee. I will be seeing him again in 6 months.
