It was great! The office staff is efficient and reassuring. Dr Bhushan is a great dentist and person. She is excellent at her job and she is also patient, listens to your concerns, and shows genuine care. I highly recommend this practice.

The doctor was very patient and understanding. My only issue is that she was multitasking and assisting another patient which annoyed me a little bit. I asked why and she was nice about and explained. I was okay after the explanation.

The dental office is nice and bright. They have a kids room with games and toys and books that Kids can play there while waiting. The waiting time is reasonable.
We are very thankful for Dr. Tong's willingness to try his best to save the teeth instead of simply extracting them. This is especially important when there is a space loss problem.
Dr. Tong acts very fast (really important when you have little kids with little tolerance) and his dental work is really good. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Our son is highly anxious when it comes to dental work, so we requested nitrous for a simple orthodontic procedure. Dr. Tong and his staff fought us every step of the way. We just wanted our son to be comfortable and felt dismissed and disrespected when we made our wishes known. It was an unnecessary burden, added on to an already tense situation.

I've been seeing Dr. Tong for about 3 years now. I invested in Invisalign with him and though the results are nice, I now know that the way he went about it was all wrong. As a result, it took twice as long. Ortho appointments are needed frequently and he left me waiting more than a half an hour almost every other appointment (as I write this review I've now been waiting 40 minutes). The retainer he insisted on broke twice and he's now saying that I need to pay additional money for the Invisalign retainer that I requested all along. If you're okay with waiting in a dentists office (which I must admit is well decorated), he's probably okay for a cleaning. But skip him for any other costly or complicated procedures.

Absolutely, the Best!!! My family and I have been going to Dr. Tong for quite a while and have nothing but good things to say about his practice. Dr. Tong and his staff are friendly, professional, extremely pleasant and always welcome their patients with open arms. As far as the wait time, most of time I don't have to wait. I have had all kinds of services performed at this office (orthodontist, cleanings, crowns, etc.). Each service was top-notch and I have been very please with the care that Dr. Tong provides for me and my family. Most times I am in and out. On very few occassions I have had to wait a little a longer than usual, but on these days it was extremely busy and Dr. Tong and his staff still moved the patients around as quickly as possible. You run into this situation at any doctor's office, it may be a case that they have an emergency or a situation beyond their control, but this doesn't mean that you bad mouth their business. Dr. Tong is a great Dentist/Orthodontist and I highly recommend his services.
