after waiting an hour, received a treatment plan, without decent explanation. Then i was informed i had to wait 3-4 weeks for approval to be seen again

My husband was satisfied with the work done.(only the first visit) Wait time in packed waiting room (out the door. Standing room only) and then again in the chair while Doc goes room hopping is not proper. my husbands vist was at 5pm, He arrived at 4:30pm as asked and did not leave the office until 6:30pm. (2 hours) Respect for the patients time is very important. After all they are paying for the service your not paying for their time. I suggest if you use this program to go visit the office before making an appointment to see if there is respect for patients time.
Bedside manner***** was great everybody was professional and personable. Wait time * totally down. Recommendation***** just check wait time unless you have nothing else to do.

Well I was happy to get an appt at The Concerned Dental office and the staff is warm and professional but at the end of my visit I was told I could not return to their office. Apparantly back in 2005 I had missed or cancelled some appts and they did not want me to continue to be a patient even though that was 7 years ago!!!
I think whoever has made this a policy needs to revisit that and change it- maybe allowing for a fresh start after 5 years. I needed dental care and while I was seen on this appt, I really needed continuous services not to be turned away and to have to start the dentist search all over again.
