After completing his residency, at the VA Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, he was an associate with other dentists until 1996. Since then, he has been providing comprehensive dental care in Manhattan focusing on cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Over the years Dr. Schnall has completed advanced studies and continuing educational courses in many aspects of cosmetic, reconstructive and implant dental procedures. Additionally, Dr. Schnall taught for several years as an associate professor of operative dentistry at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. During the first Gulf War, Dr. Schnall gained invaluable experience in pediatric dentistry over a three-month period as a dental volunteer in a very special clinic in Jerusalem, Israel, where he treated children of all faiths. As an Invisalign provider since 2003, Dr. Schnall has gained considerable expertise in clear aligner orthodontic therapy, treating many types of malocclusions and cosmetic issues. When Dr. Schnall isn’t treating his patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. They enjoy traveling, hiking, bicycling and kayaking. Dr. Schnall is also an avid scuba diver, certified as a rescue diver. While still maintaining a practice in Manhattan, Dr. Schnall is excited to join the Scarsdale Dental Group team. He is looking forward to integrating his 30 years of clinical and diagnostic experience into a team approach of delivering comprehensive dental care to the Westchester community.
