Came in for my cleaning, first time visiting this location, nice area, very welcoming environment. The doctors assistance was great made me feel comfortable while taking my x-rays.
The only downside is, I felt my general annual teeth cleaning was done very quick by the general doctor or whom ever the lady that came after. This was not the standard I expected. I have gotten my teeth cleaned in other locations and my experience with my cleaning has been VERY different. Just in general from all the teeth cleaning services I have had throughout the years, this has been my least favorite experience. Don't feel like much was done, a bit aggressive through the process.
I am suppose to be coming in to get some work done on some cavities but I am unsure If I am going to anymore, and perhaps consider another practice for this.

OMG amazing, a completely staffed woman-run facility, and they are on point. They offer little things to see to it that you are comfortable with what is taking place. earplugs, a cold beverage, and even soft music. That will be my dentist moving forward. I will also move my daughter there; she is 18.

I did not get appointment with the same doctor I booked. They never listen me except the first women how was show me the room. They start saying that I have an infection in the tooth that was fix with root canal 11 years ago. ( I believe for the 11 years with infection I have to loose all my teeth or at least feeling that some how) And I need to remove it with crown. Tooth was fine. They also said I have cavities in the tooth that not possible to have cavities. At the end they said I just remember who my teeth was treated before. Never make an appointment there. I can’t trust my teeth to the person who is saying bad things without seeing you.

They took a small x-Ray of only the left side of my mouth instead of a full X Ray and charged the full price. They failed to put in the insurance claim in a timely manner and I just recently received an invoice for them. I would like to work out a mediation for how much of the invoice I should pay since they had told me the visit was covered by my insurance… I would never go here again.

I had the most thorough cleaning I’ve eve had with Nya! Very efficient, I waited for less than a minute before being called in and the doctor was ready to see me immediately after the cleaning.

Everyone at this office was friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was seen almost immediately. The dental hygienist was great and handled my cleaning with care. I didn't feel like she was rushing thru it at all. My only complaint was that the doctor wouldn't address any of my concerns. They recommended a deep cleaning and he wouldn't review anything until after that. They took Xrays but he wouldn't tell me if I had cavities which I found strange. It kinda just felt like they wanted me to keep coming back for more things.

It was a very pleasant experience considering the circumstances.
I appreciate that they listened and gave me their expert opinion but also allowed me to make the decision.
I am very impressed with all of the staff.
My only suggestion would be higher door frames and larger chairs options for those of us who are taller.

The provider did not make me feel comfortable during my visit. There were teeth he thought could not be saved and after going to a second opinion- they were savable. The provider almost sounded like he was almost annoyed by the type of treatment I needed for my teeth. I don’t want anyone like that around my sensitive teeth- the solution to everything is not always an extraction. Ofc that will always be the easy fix.
Staff was very friendly and the providers assistant was the friendliest I have ever encountered.
