Dr. Liu is an exceptional dentist with refined clinical artistry and an enjoyable personality. His compassion and love of dentistry assure that you get the ultimate quality dental care.
Prior to receiving his D.M.D. degree from University of Pennsylvania in 1998, Dr. Liu received his DDS degree from Shandong University in 1983 and his Master's degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Peking Union Medical College in 1988, China. Dr. Liu has committed to clinical excellence and enjoys staying current in the ever-changing field of dentistry. He dedicates a substantial number of hours each year to continue education to sharpen his clinical skills in many fields of dentistry such as implants, cosmetics, endodontics (root canal), restorative and full mouth reconstruction. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, ICOI - International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a Philadelphia based study club Cosmetic Consortium.
Dr. Liu was honored as America's Top Dentist by Consumer's Research Council of America in both 2007 and 2008.
Dr. Liu is also in the guide to America's Top Dentist Consumers Research Council of America for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Dr. Liu is married to his beautiful wife Ming and has two wonderful sons, Chris and Alex and a beautiful daughter Ashley. He and his family have resided in Cherry Hill since 2000.

Dr. Liu is the most professional dentist I have ever met! I was a new patient but I got everything done in 1 visit - x ray, cleaning and fillings. It is nearly impossible at other providers but Dr. Liu and the hygienist Jenifer made it for me even though I didn't expect before I came in.

I had a cleaning with the dental hygienist (Jen) who was very thorough and friendly. They had all the latest technology in their office, from these portable x-ray machines, safety glasses for patients, super tiny cameras for take pictures of the gums, etc. Pretty cool. The office was very clean. The forms they have you fill out in the beginning were all dry erase forms, so no paper waste! I loved that.
Dr. Liu was also very friendly and impressive. He could tell the nature of all of my dental history very quickly. He also shook my hand and looked me in the eye (which goes a long way). Will definitely be returning :)

This was my first visit and Dr. Liu was very welcoming, warm and friendly. His entire staff was also very professional and friendly. The office is very clean and they use a lot of high tech equipment which was nice to see and felt like they were up to date with the latest technology. Also, my cleaning was thorough and I'd recommend Dr. Liu highly.

I enjoyed my dentist appointment! That is about the highest compliment a dentist can get. The office staff are friendly and put you at ease. The office utilizes the highest technology so you have the advantage of knowing and seeing your dental health in real time. The proposal for work to be done was presented while I was still in the chair and had been checked out and pre-approved by my insurance carrier. Not sure this would be the case for every patient, but as an AETNA subscriber, I'm mighty pleased. Dr. Liu did a thorough exam on every single tooth. His explanation of what needed to be done was comprehensive, and not excessive in scope.
