Dr. Jaya Vallabhaneni is a compassionate, detail-oriented dentist treating patients in Atlanta and the greater Georgia area. She applies a caring approach to her practice and makes it a point to follow up with her patients after procedures. Her goal is to provide the best possible care for each patient.
Originally from India, Dr. Jaya pursued her dental education at New York University. Since then, she has been providing dental service in the Atlanta area, acquiring Patient 1st Dental Care in 2004.

Dr. Jaya saw me at the last minute for a root canal consultation. She ended up taking the time to perform 2 root canals right then and there because I was in so much pain. She has excellent bedside manner, talking me through it all and letting me know what to expect. Yes, the rooms/equipment might be slightly dated but it made no difference for the quality of care and service. I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Dr Jaya the BEST DENTIST I ever had. She and her staff has this "DENTAL VIBE" The crew are friendly they treat you like a family. The place is easy to find. I hated going to the dentist as it is never a fun experience for me but everyone here is so nice and welcoming. I am actually feeling much less stressed about my next few appointments there after my visit yesterday. Also My appointment was at 11am, Insurance was verify day before so I literally waited 5 mins to be called back. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience. Everyone in the office was friendly and supportive, from the moment I walked in and was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist. There was no wait time. The doctor was extremely gentle and patient. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Usually going to the dentist is painful and anxiety-provoking, but this was not the case here. I will definitely be going back for all of my dental needs!

First and foremost Sundy(y)? Was amazing right from the start. Amazing service and amazing smile. She expedited things by calling me the day prior which is an awesome idea btw. The 2 nurses were amazing, helpful and had a good time laughing at my pain and cluelessness ?? but it was awesome tho. DR. VAL was amazing, sincere, honest and very careful with me. I decided not to numb the pain I regretted it after the first few seconds of my deep cleaning but I managed lol. Thank you ladies and thank you zocdoc for the recommendation! I'll be back for sure!

We waited for a little while, but that was because of an insurance mixup. Not their fault at all. The receptionist was extremely helpful, sweet, and sympathetic to me & my partner.
Although I filled out my preferred name on our patient forms, I was not addressed by my preferred name by anyone during the appointment. From the get go, my spouse and I did not feel comfortable. The office grounds are not well maintained and there is nothing in the lobby to make you feel comfortable or at ease.
The hygienist used aggressive scare tactics even though my dental health was not concerning. Right after I told her I have anxiety disorder, she began to graphically describe what gum disease is like - I felt like I was in a high school health class. It was scary and embarrassing. She was the only one who talked to my partner or myself and he felt the same way I did.
My partner is legally blind and they also did not know what his walking cane was, and were not sympathetic or able to provide assistance. One of the nurses directed him somewhere by pointing.
There were other issues but it just gets egregious at that point. I've never had such a bad experience at a dentist. We will be getting recommendations from my coworkers to follow through with my partner's dental work.

This was my third visit and each time I have received very professional service. When I arrived there was a homeless man in the office inquiring about services with the receptionist. Even though it was established pretty quickly that he did not have the money for services, the receptionist remained very patient and professional, showing compassion for his situation, while acknowledging my presence and making sure I was taken care of right away. The dental hygienist is very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle, She makes you feel comfortable and explains the procedures and causes well working on you. Dr. V is always professional and cordial as well. It has been a pleasant experience each visit for me and I have recommended friends, co-workers and employees.

Dr Vallabhaneni is very friendly and efficient. I didn't feel the pain when she gave me injections.

I came here for a regular 6 month cleaning, but somehow ended up needing to pay for a full-mouth debridement, subgingival oral irrigation, and a special mouthwash. I'm doubtful my oral health was really that bad, since I brush and floss regularly. The equipment is old and the assistants seemed to not know what they were doing. The xray series took longer than all of the above procedures. You probably shouldn't go here.

Bait and switch when it came to pricing--once insurance was taken, your teeth were analyzed, and they were ready to begin the procedure, the staff hit you with a bill right before of several 100 dollars more than what you have paid previously. They will tell you its your insurance but in truth some offices charge more for the same services as other offices. I left immediately.

Everyone at this office was very nice, but the overall experience was very uncomfortable. I will not go here again. They started with the xrays. The hygienist pushed the part that goes inside your mouth far into the roof of my mouth, which was very painful. I also was asked to hold it in my mouth with my fingers during the xray, which I've never had to do before and thought was very odd. The cleaning was far more uncomfortable than what I've experienced with other dentists.

I went to Dr. V's office today for a cleaning on a referral from a friend. At the office they did my cleaning and took my x-rays. The cleaning was thorough and painless. Dr. V was very personable and friendly so as her staff. My new office is in the area so I'm glad I found a dentist within walking distance that I can keep going to. Thank you.

I appreciated the gentleness that Dr. Jaya had with me as this was my first visit in several years. She was able to fill my cavity the same day as my exam, and she took breaks with me while she worked. I also appreciate that the office staff gave me space to decide how I wanted to proceed instead of pushing me to reschedule or rushing me out the door. I am so thankful I found Dr. Jaya!

Complete hot mess! The computer system stopped working, the staff was not friendly and did not try to make me feel comfortable... The guy doing the xrays was rude and kept pushing the bite wings down into my gums and I was already in pain. The whole thing was very awkward and I didn't stay.... Wouldn't recommend them to anyone
