I went to Dr. Strachan as a new patient to remove a wisdom tooth. Turns out that I had two and Dr. Strachan and the dental assistants removed them with diligence. I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist, so of course I had my doubts. At no point during the procedure did I feel any pain or anxiety. I would recommend EVERYONE I know to visit Dr. Strachan!

Let me start by saying I HATE going to the dentist. I think Dr Strachan and his staff may have changed this old girls view on the dentist. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and professional. Dr. Strachan explained everything to me and even gave me some hope that I wouldn't have to sell a kidney to pay for the services needed :-). Will definitely recommend him!

He, is amazing hands down. If you're like me and hate the dentist (when you need work done), because of needles and fear if pain. Then he us the guy to see, he's gentle and caring and is understanding to my individual needs. Dr Strachan is very personable and professional. he makes my visits a pleasure always.

Staff was incompetent: I honestly think 50% of the x-ray shots I've ever had in my life took place during this visit. As always, if they had acknowledged an issue that would have been fine (everyone makes mistakes), but they attempted to cover it up by not treating me like a human being who deserves an explanation. (At least I overheard the dentist coming in and asking how it was taking so long, so I knew it wasn't just me.) Rest of the process wasn't much better, with lots of delays and not much time with the dentist himself, who was fine if a little abrupt.

What an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Office is IMMACULATELY CLEAN. Receptionist personnel was very attentive and personable. The Dental Assistants were very courteous and prompt throughout the entire appointment. Now Dr. Jeffrey Strachan was as PROFESSIONAL as anyone could be. He explained every single detail about the procedures in regards to my dental needs. He was even sensitive to me having to take a shot, which is a plus. (Thanks Doc) They accepted my Dental Insurance and even the pricing was very reasonable and I found that to be AMAZING. There isn't much else that I can say except it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I believe that I have found my Dentist and his name is Dr. Jeffrey Strachan. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for great dental care coupled with impeccable customer service. I am scheduling my next appointment with him after my training. Thanks again Doctor Strachan and thanks again for the well-wishes.

He's a good dentist, professional. However, I did not like the fact that he insisted on referring me to a specialist who does not accept my insurance. I informed him the specialist does not accept my insurance and asked to be referred to another specialist who accepts my insurance. He said the one he referred me to is the best. I told him he may be the best, but I can't afford the out-of-pocket expense for the kind of extensive work that I need done. He said something to the effect that wouldn't you want the best even if you have to pay for it. I was ticked off because I felt like he was pushing his "buddy" on me. I was not comfortable with his insistence of pushing his referred specialist on me, and decided I will never return to his office.

Visiting Dr. Strachan's office took away my fear of the dentist! I've never had good experiences with dentists, as they tend to be so rough and coldhearted. Dr. Strachan was extremely kind, gentle and efficient! I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and was out the office in 30 minutes! I highly recommend him and his office.

The office is always clean. organized and orderly. The staff is courteous and very pleasant, easy going and always explains what the procedures are that need to be done during the sessions. I am pleased and highly satisfied with the care, professionalism and caring manner of all staff in the practice.
