This dentist is amazing! I'm a big scaredy cat and he and his staff made me feel comfortable and respected. This was the best dental appointment I've ever had - and I say that even though he found a cavity!

Dr. Duan is the best dentist I ever had. He is extremely skilled and knowledgable about advanced medicine as well as has excellent bedside manner.

I had visited Dr. Duan's office twice. One for regular teeth hyginine/preventive visit, and the 2nd time of fillings. I have to say that the hygienist is the best I had, and Dr. Duan seems fine. The reason that stops me going there again is that their front desk staff is VERY RUDE-She YELLED at me when I called in to express my concerns about the bill. Also the reason that caused the confusion about the bill is that she didnt explain things clearly at the very beginning while I was in the office. Isnt their job to make things clear to clients? Yelling is not going to solve any issues. She should be fired, literarily. I will never ever visit their office again if the front desk woman is still working there! I hate to start looking for new dentists again and I wish I could go see my favorite hygienist again.

He was very nice. The office is old and really out date and located in some weird/random office building. As far as Dr. Duan went, he was really nice and patient... But the office itself is what caused the lower rating...

He was great and so was his team of worker , looking forward to seeing him again for some additional work done on my teeth . Dr Duan let me feel very confident in his work and he did great , I left his office with a smile on my face .....P.S The girls at the front desk explain everything and was very helpful and nice .
