Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly office dog, Flynn, and he was a highlight of the appointment. He really helped with my anxiety and made me more calm before my appointment. The waiting area was inviting, clean, and comfortable, setting a positive tone for the visit.

About Dr. Erica Ford

Dr. Erica Ford earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. She completed a General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital - North Campus, part of Northwell Health Hospital in New York City. In 2022, she earned a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) by completing 500 hours of continuing education, passing a fellowship exam, and attending the AGD Conference in Orlando, Florida.
In 2018, Dr. Ford was nominated for the prestigious "10 Under 10" award by the American Dental Association (ADA), which recognizes dentists nationwide who have made an impact in practice excellence, philanthropy, and leadership.
Dr. Ford grew up in Montgomery County. While in dental school, she participated in a mission trip to Jamaica, providing dental services to underserved rural communities. She stays current with the latest continuing education courses and provides family dentistry in the Germantown, MD area.
When she isn't working on patients' smiles, she enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time with family.
