Very talkative hygienist, took way too much time obtaining X-rays and cleaning.
I hate the scraping of my teeth with sharp objects. When I have it done, I prefer to have an organized hygienist who will get the job done as swiftly and safely as possible.
I don’t care what you drive, or how many kids you have… just scrape my teeth and get me outta here

Dr. Cho’s office is wonderful! My wisdom tooth was impacted and infected at the time of booking. Once Dr. Cho saw me, he recognized the severity of the case and scheduled for wisdom tooth extraction right away. The front desk and staff are all so friendly and helpful—their thoroughness made me feel at ease. Shoutout to Dr. Williams (my oral surgeon) who was efficient and made the process painless. Highly recommend anyone for wisdom tooth extraction at this office.

Dr. Cho's office is the ideal anyone could ask for in a doctor's office. It was easy to make an appointment as a new patient. I was contacted about my insurance to be sure everything was checked out before I arrived. The entire staff from the lovely ladies at the front desk all the way through Dr. Cho and his dental assistant Jesse were all professional, friendly, and very helpful. After my initial consultation with Dr. Cho and a concise explanation of his treatment plan, Rose sat with me and carefully went through what my insurance covered and what I would be responsible for. They were willing to work with a plan that was comfortable for me. After a crown, a post and implant, and 4 new fillings- I could not have been happier to find Dr. Cho's office. I felt well taken care of the entire time and each visit was only friendlier than the last. Every single person in this dental practice is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental health treatments or cosmetic procedures. After a slew of bad dentists in NY, it was great to find such a professional and friendly practice after moving to Long Beach.

Absolutely excellent all around. Chipped a tooth and went in to get a crown. Had a temporary crown for two weeks before having to go back in to get the permanent crown. Both visits were consistent with the other reviews here. I'd two different hygienists and both of them were professional while also personable. Just all around felt like good, honest work.
One thing that was annoying is that Zocdoc told me my insurance was accepted here ("Anthem Blue Cross - Family Dental PPO") but it wasn't, but that's Zocdoc's fault not Dr. Cho. Still, doesn't hurt to call ahead of time to double check they accept your insurance.

Dr. Cho and his staff was welcoming, understanding, and unbelievably comforting. I have high dental anxiety and have sensory processing issues that cause me to feel incredibly overstimulated by sounds/sensations at the dentist (I'm Autistic). Both Dr. Cho, Rose, Michelle (I believe that was her name, the dental assistant helping me) were so warm, comforting and welcoming. They were always explaining things so clearly and checking in with me. I feel confident that I'll receive the same warm and gentle care my next visit. I never felt pressured and felt like Dr. Cho gave me the factual information I needed to make the wisest decision about my dental plan.

Dr Cho and his entire staff were very easy to talk to and were very thorough in educating me on what was going on (I had a lot of questions), even explaining my insurance. Absolutely no pressure trying to get me to do procedures. Office was modern and clean. Excited to stay with Dr Cho and his staff for a long time.
Tip: if you’re not squeamish, you can ask them to watch on the TV (with their camera) what’s going on in your mouth when they take pics of your teeth! It really makes you realize how nasty it gets in there without consistent cleaning ??

I went in for a cleaning and Linda was amazing. She was very thorough yet gentle. Dr. Cho was also thorough and attentive, answered all my questions and was sensitive to my dental anxiety. He didn't try to sell me a laundry list of dental work, as I've experienced at other dental offices, which I appreciate. I do have some work I need, which I knew about - though he didn't do any actual work this visit so I can't speak to that just yet. I will be going back for a crown and some bonding I need done and will report back! But overall a pleasant experience, and I don't say that lightly.
