“Dr. Michael is the best dentist I have ever been to. Since COVID I saw three. Although good dentists, Dr. Michael Ayzin is the one dentist who understood my problem and took care of it himself by pulling the bad tooth and fixing my partial in one day. The tooth was pulled in one attempt, easy and quick, and pain-free. Other dentists have sent me to specialists rather than taking care of the problem and I don't have time to go to multiple dentists. He is kind, courteous, and listens to his patients. He is now the only dentist I trust whole heartedly. I am grateful to have met him and his wonderful staff!”

About Dr. Michael Ayzin
Dr. Ayzin is the Clinic Director of Dentistry @ Its Finest in Costa Mesa, Orange County, and has been in private practice for over 25 years. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California Dental School in 1988. He is affiliated with the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society.
As director of a private dental practice, Dr. Ayzin specializes in state-of-the-art cosmetic treatments, including porcelain veneers and full mouth reconstruction, as well as fast and effective pain relief, dental fillings, root canals, wisdom and other difficult tooth extractions, periodontal care for bleeding gums, and more. He provides geriatric dentistry for his older patients and particularly enjoys working with kids, helping them build good dental health that will last a lifetime.

It was a pleasant experience. I haven't been to the dentist in a while but had to go because I had an ache with my wisdom teeth. They were very accommodating and wanted me to have a good experience, even when removing 3 of my molars. The Doctor was communicative about the procedure and aftercare and even personally messaged me the following day to check up. I returned a week later to get a full check up, asked about what I personally wanted and gave me options. I never felt obligated to have any work done. I will definitely be coming back regularly!

Dr Michael Ayzin is by far THE best! dentist I have ever encountered.
I had terrible problems with a collapsing bite and Dt. Ayzin corrected that. No other dentist who worked on me made that possible. They all wanted me to have surgery, which would have been completely unnecessary. I also have a great smile and do not need to hide it behind my hand. My teeth looks so good I am staring in the mirror all the time and smile. It was life changing for me. I have my self esteem back which is HUGE! Dr. Ayzin also has a great staff. His right hand man is Armando and also the best dental assistant I have ever encountered. His Hygienist Krystal is also amazing. She keeps my smile going. The office staff Joyce and Sandy are very helpful and assist you with any questions you might have. Ina is also wonderful and has great knowledge. She is amazing and can do anything. Oh, before I forget assistantTracy is so very caring about the patients and makes them feel very comfortable. All in all I can not praise Dentistry At Its Finest enough.

I had to have a filling and Dr. Ayzin offered to use the laser dentistry option which doesn't require numbering. I gave it a try and it was surprisingly painless and so quick. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes with no numb lips. Definitely choosing this option if there's a next time.

Dr. Ayzin is not only the most skilled dentist I have ever seen (amazing work), he is also the one with the greatest bedside manner. I should also add here that Armondo is a terrific part of the "team" that tries valiantly to manage me. When I was little, my dentist was the one from Little Shop of Horrors. My fear is extreme. I once had 10 cavities (5 on top left, 2 on bottom left and the rest on right filled) without any pain meds because the dentist didn't believe that I wasn't numb.I was held down by two nurses because I felt I needed to get it over with. As a teen, my orthodontist died when I was halfway through the process and because I lived in a small town, it took another four years to find another one. I had braces on so long my teeth got filled with cavities. Ok, so back to Dr. Ayzin. He is FABULOUS. Only dentist I will ever see. They probably want to get rid of me, but this is sort of my payback to all my past dentists...I will never see anyone else. RoseMarie is the best hygienist on earth. Great stories. I don't even notice what she's doing. They always honor my requests and treat me like I am normal. I am not normal.

I was able to get in right away to have a painful tooth checked out and fixed. Dr Ayzin and his staff were very attentive to my concerns. It was just a first visit for an emergency filling replacement and going to the dentist is rarely 'fun' but I will definitely be coming back for regular care. (Plus, the massage feature on their treatment chairs was amazing.)

Dr. Ayzin is an amazing, caring and extremely talented dentist. He truly worked magic on my teeth which were in bad condition. I never had a problem with the treatments and my smile improved, I almost cried because I could REALLY smile big again without being embarrassed. He actually also personally called me a day after treatment to find out how I is was doing. He is the best and I can only warmly recommend him.
His staff is also excellent and everybody makes you feel comfortable and like family.

Like many, I've had some bad experiences when it comes to dentists. With that said i was extremely anxious prior to my frist appointment, as i needed some work done to a few differnt teeth. I had let the office aware of all my concerns and they listened to every thing i said, and went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable. I feel so lucky to have found Dr.Ayzin! Not only am i extremely happy with the way my teeth ultimately look now, but the experience with them was wonderful. He listened to me and also made me aware of all my options along the way with the intgerity of my teeth in his best interest! Dr Ayzin and the team at Dentistry at It's Finest have been my oral care professionals for 11 years. I had a phobia about dental work, and had let many things build up for years. Dr Ayzin and his staff took me from poor oral hygiene to a semi fanatic about maintaining my teeth and gums! All of my procedures have been worth the time, money and effort, more so because they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, that you understand the procedure and the necessity, and they help with follow up care.
Today was a great day, after 11 years, I decided to do cosmetic improvements on 8 of my upper teeth, and it was final install day. The procedure was quite long, but I never stressed, and the time flew by, and the results were OVER THE TOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As he was examining my daughter’ mouth after her cleaning was done, he noticed that her permanent wire on the bottom jaw was loose, he offered to fix it right away instead of scheduling another appointment. He took an extra time to take care of it and it saved us an extra drive to the office.

Dr. Ayzin is a very experienced, knowledgeable dentist who has turned his profession into an art form. After having quite a lot of work done by Dr. Ayzin, I can say that the results are wonderful. My treatment plan was carefully explained to me, and my input was taken into consideration at every step. Dr. Ayzin is well qualified professional who offers friendly dentistry service in a state of the art facility in Costa Mesa. I am glad I discovered Dentistry @ its Finest as they have helped me diagnose and treat periodontal issues that other dentists could not detect.
