About Dr. Reza Mehr
Dr. Reza Mehr loves living in South Bay and serving his community as a dedicated dentist. He is excited to use all his skills to make his patients’ lives better.
Before coming to the US, he was a faculty member at Shiraz University of Medical Science as an esthetic facial surgeon and researcher. His articles have been published in prestigious journals of surgery, such as the American Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. After coming to the US, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California. He now practices dentistry with a focus on scientifically based solutions for oral and dental esthetic defects and diseases. His 20 years of experience enable him to perform innovative procedures, dental implants, bone grafts, and to achieve predictable treatment results from the delicate and fragile tissues of the oral cavity.
Dr. Reza believes that trust, respect, and honesty in the patient-doctor relationship are the most important parts of treatment. His goal is to develop professional and long-lasting relationships with his patients.
Dr. Reza enjoys spending time with his family, and his hobbies include music, astrophysics, and volleyball. He is always prepared to improve himself and learn through traveling and meeting new people and places.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Best dentists ever. Dr. Reza and Dr. Sahar are polite and so are the staff! The dental office was clean and very welcoming. I was able to get a filling and I didn't feel a thing during my procedure. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Sparkle Family has a very pleasant staff and beautiful office I came in far an emergency tooth removal and it went great. No pain! the procedure was very quick and easy. I was feeling better the next day Dr. Reza has exceptional manners is extremely comforting and takes the time to explain everything to you. I highly reccmmed!

I came in for an emergency visit and ended up needing a root canal. I was bought in with their endodontist and am so impressed with the doctor and staff. The doctor was gentle as I felt no pain. The staff does a great job of making you feel comfortable

After coming into sparkle family dentistry for an emergency, I am no longer scared to come to the dentist. Dr. Sahar and Dr. Reza are amazing at what they do. Dr. Sahar and the rest of the staff were able to get me my permanant crowns in just 3 painless visits. I truly felt no pain through out any of the visits or after the visits. I am really happy and I recommed sparkle family for any dental needs.

My wife reffered me to this practice for dental implants. Dr. Reza is an oral surgeon and one of the best in dental implants and teeth extractions. I came in for tooth extraction and an immediate implant which was done in one session by Dr. Reza. The office is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere which made my visit a great care.
