Dr. Cox provided excellent care for my other. She was patient and attentive to her needs. Dr. Cox was able to clearly communicate treatment plans for my mother and researched a risk management plan that included her current medications and potential recommended medication plan. Dr. Cox also called the next day after the appointment to discuss details of my mother's case. I am grateful that my mother is in good hands with Dr. Cox.

Dr. Jonelle Cox, a native of Brooklyn, graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in the District of Columbia with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She furthered her dental training by completing a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. Her post-graduate training also included rotations at Albert Einstein Hospital and Our Lady of Mercy.
Dr. Cox earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, where she was a member of the Dean's List. In 2006, she was one of the first participants selected for the University of Connecticut's Biodontics Fellowship. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Queens County Dental Society, the National Dental Association, and the American Academy of Women Dentists.
Providing the finest quality of services to her patients is Dr. Cox's main priority. She is a down-to-earth and approachable doctor who is easy to communicate with. Her charming and comfortable dental studio offers patients personal one-on-one interaction. She is a dedicated, talented, and compassionate doctor who maintains the highest levels of accreditation and quality. Smile Savers is a well-run dental practice. I received timely notifications about confirming the appointment, filling out forms, and verifying coverage. I was able to charge my EV at a Level 1 charging station less than a 15-minute walk from the office. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff, and the wait time was less than five minutes. After my treatment, I was given a written treatment plan, and financing options for services not covered by my insurance. Highly recommend.

I was 20 minutes late for my daughter's appointment. They were nice and although I was told that she wouldn't be able to get a cleaning they did it anyway which was good. I had 3 appointments scheduled and they accommodated me but no one spoke to me in regards to my 9yr old to let me know about any dental work she would need. Only gripe. Nice small and intimate office.
