Dr. Wong is known to her patients for her compassion and genuinely caring nature. She has a passion for dentistry and is constantly taking advanced training and continuing education courses to keep herself up to date of new technologies and procedures so that her patients will receive the best care possible. Her attention to detail yields satisfying results for her patients.
Dr. Wong graduated in 1997 with B.Sc. Chemical Engineering degree, walking across the graduation ceremony with Cum Laude Honor Cord. She worked as an engineer for 5 years in Austin, TX. Realizing that she wanted to spend more time working and caring for others, she decided to pursue dentistry career.
Dr. Wong attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas on academic scholarship after scoring in the 99th percentile on the Dental Admission Test. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, she worked as an associate dentist in Round Rock, before opening her own practice in Austin. She was a member of professional community such as American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and American Orthodontic Society. As an Austin dentist, Dr. Wong enjoys volunteering her time to the community, such as Texas Mission of Mercy, St. Vincent de Paul Society’s ”Access to Care” program, Capital Area Dental Foundation, and St. David’s Foundation. When she is not working on dentistry, she enjoys spending her time with her husband John and her two boys Justin and Jacob.

Dr. Wong and her staff are so kind and professional. I am not fond of dentists in general but she was wonderful and cleaned my teeth quickly.

Dr Wong is very friendly and overall the office provides a comfortable atmosphere, but I question her and her staff's ability as caretakers and dentists. They were unable to complete dentistry tasks satisfactorily and couldn't answer some of my questions questions about my treatment. I won't be going here again.

I hate going to the dentist and was extremely anxious about seeing Dr. Wong; however I was able to book an initial appointment with only a days notice and found the entire experience quite pleasant. Dr. Wong and her team were incredibly competent and understanding. They even managed to squeeze me in the next day for a follow up after a last minute cancellation.
