My son had a 1030 appt we got there about 15 minutes before the appt time and wasn’t called to be seen until almost 1130. The front desk told me that had been trying to find my son on my insurance and told me he wasn’t on my insurance. I told her that isn’t correct because he had been on my insurance since he was born. I asked her to call again and she did and then finally found out that he is on my insurance and after that we waited another 40 minutes . After my son was finally seen the assistant was very nice and so was the dentist.
