Excellent treatment from the time that I walked into the beautiful, historic, Furness house. The staff were very helpful, immediately. Everybody introduced themselves. Dr. Roberts came and we talked about 5 minutes. Their equipment is state of the art. I had my exam and cleaning done professionally and was done in one hour. Could not be better.

The doctors and medical staff were excellent.However I have been billed an extra amount for the consultation even after I was told that I would not have to pay for any additional amount. I was careful to ask and confirm with the receptionist/secretary at the office since all the basic, cleaning treatments I've received were clearly identified before I even walked in to be treated.

After having not seen a dentist in some time I was nervous with my appointment. Dr. Ames and all of her staff were fantastic and made the appointment as good as could be. The office has a great atmosphere as well. Though I don't look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Ames, I do know that I will be in good hands.
