I desperately needed to get into a dentist and picked Dr. Landers based on a recommendation from a coworker. Wow...do these guys dispel the myth that dentists are scary! Dr. Landers and his team couldn't have been more wonderful to me. Kate, the hygienist, was a dream...so sweet and personable.

I was very impressed with the state of the art camera wand tool they use there; my prior dentist did not have this and I like the clarity, size and angle of the pictures. I like that the pictures show each tooth. I also like the approach the dentist gave about using less invasive sanding tools for minor tooth problems. I had a good repore with my prior hygienist so not sure I will switch. I missed my appointment with my prior dentist which is how I ended up here.

A recognized leader in the practice of cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Landers was the first Chicago-based dentist to pass the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry's (AACD) rigorous five-year Accreditation Examination. They did a good job with the cleaning and giving me an analysis on the dental exam. The hygienist, who took my x-rays had already explained everything to me but I still had to wait for the doctor to come in again and explain the same things over. It seemed repetitive and a waste of my time. My main concern with them is that they are only open 3 days during the week and on weekdays. I usually prefer scheduling treatments over the weekend which is not an option with them.

I had a great visit, very professional and comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated Kevin's Candor with me and never felt like I was being sold or bought. Something I cant say about all of the dentists I've been to in the past. The Hygienist, Jennifer was amazing and I could tell she truly cares.

I had been searching for a great dentist since leaving mine in Michigan. I have a strange dental history and I know I will eventually need two implants, so I cannot go to anyone average or just good. I tried going to the Dental Salon in Lincoln Park and had a terrible experience, poor cleaning, and left extremely upset. I did my research and found Dr. Landers and after my appointment today I can say, from a person that has been to a lot of dentists, orthodontists, periodontists, etc., I have never had a better experience!
The staff was so welcoming and nice...and I mean really nice not the fake nice. The hygienist, Jen, did one of the best cleanings I have ever had and she was so personable, listened, and was insightful. Dr. Landers was very easy to talk to and listened to my full dental history prior to making any diagnosis (something Dental Salon didn't do and seems like a no brainer - right?). He even wanted to go over several options to save my teeth for a bit longer if/when I need implants and I could tell he had my best interest in mind.
I have already recommended Dr. Landers (and Jen!) to some family that has also recently moved to Chicago because he and his staff are that amazing!

The Dental Hygienist was wonderful! She did a thorough job, was very personable, and answered all of my questions. The DDS on the other hand... was awful. And I love going to the dentist! He made me feel uncomfortable, that I had serious issues that needed medical attention and I left feeling very self-conscious about my smile (which is rare).

I found Dr. Landers and his team to be very thorough, and knowledgeable with great bedside manner. They use the most up-to-date technology in their office, which often leads to money saved in my pocket and additional expensive, sometimes painful, procedures.

The entire staff is extremely pleasant and professional. They are trained to give you a risk / benefit analysis when making decisions about dental work, and they fully explain your insurance coverage options. To top it off the service and bedside manner was superior. I highly recommend this dental practice.
