The receptionist was quite rude and dismissive. I also felt that the cleaning was not very thorough — I was in and out of the office, including filling out new patient forms and taking x-rays, in less than 30 minutes.

I needed to see a dentist right away with no time to travel to Queens. I found Dr. Tolia on ZocDoc and simply made the appointment online myself.
I was very impressed with the efficiency of ZocDoc.
I was relieved to meet such nice, helpful and understanding people, i.e. the doctor, his wife and the receptionist.
