About Dr. Helen Cai
Dr. Helen Cai was born in Manhattan and grew up in New Jersey. She received a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship, a participant of the Community Health Honors program, and a teaching assistant for the pre-clinical laboratory course. She completed a General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.
During her training at UPenn, at their Community Health Honors partner Philadelphia FIGHT, and at Jacobi Medical Center, Dr. Cai’s patients have included people living with HIV, inpatient psychiatric patients, and people with developmental disabilities. She believes in meticulous and sensitive care no matter a patient's circumstances.
In her spare time, Dr. Cai enjoys cooking, social dancing, and is working on sewing and knitting her wardrobe, having made over 200 pieces including her wedding dress.

Cannot recommend this office enough. the whole atmosphere in the office is so welcoming, and the staff are so friendly I met Dr. Cai for the first time during my cleaning, and she took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable.

Dr Cai is the best. She is so nice and I never felt like she was judging me for my dental history- as someone who wasn't always the best with dental care, It's hard to find someone who makes you feel as good as she does.

My whole experience at Greamercy Smiles was great. The hygienist was so nice, and the doctor really seemed to care. the front desk made it really easy to schedule a follow up, and they gave me a nice goody bag.

Dr. Cai is my favourite dentist. Before meeting her, I didnt even know you could have a favourite. dr. She is so nice, and always makes time to get to know you, which makes everything so much better. I've told all my friends and family and they're going here now too!

Dr. Cai is super down to earth and doesn't judge. I've never had the best dental care, and she doesn't make me feel bad about how my teeth are like some other does had. She talked to me about how to improve my hygiene in a way that doesn't feel condescending, but was helpful.
