This dentist doesn’t treat patients well. She used my once-a-year insurance benefit for xrays and then refused to do my root canal. That means I had to pay out of pocket for xrays at another dentist so that they could do my root canal.

I came for a checkup: pictures, consultation, cleaning and polishing. This time pics showed some developing cavity in one place (oddly grown back tooth), but dr. Lozover said the place was hard to reach to do any treatment, suggesting to brush/clean there better. I really hope brushing can stop cavity growing and very glad no filings/canals/implants are to schedule! Thanks!

Very unhappy with my visit! I went in for an emergency and the person taking my stays did not know what she was doing and needed someone else to help her. It was very difficult understanding their English. My pain was not addressed and the doctor wanted to do a post and crown on a tooth that I already had a tooth canal on and was not the tooth that was bothering me and on top of that she wanted to charge me when I know for a fact that my insurance covers it I just need anything approval . Then stated that she had other patients and would not be able to treat me that day and for me to schedule an appointment. I left still in pain. I will never go back to that office and don't not recommend it.

Dr. Lozover was very nice. As soon as I filled out my paperwork I was taken in. I've been to a few dentists over the past 2-3 years and she is by far my favorite. Highly recommend her!

Everything is good about the doctor and the office except you have a 4 out of 5 chances that your appointment will be cancelled. So if you schedule your appointment don't be surprised sudden cancelations of your appointment. I had to make 5 appointments to the dentist and 4 of them was cancelled by the dentist's office. And they have a tendency conceal your appointment a day before the appointment. That is very upsetting and unprofessional. I did book the appointment 2 weeks in advance and all I got is " sorry Doctor won't be working that afternoon". I am sorry if that was the case, why did you book me for that day of the week, in a first place?
I am very upset with this doctor and her office. I know that she is knowlagabe and all but I do have a life and schedule too, and there was a good reason why I made the appointment in a first place.

She and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor explained every step she was taking. The assistant was extremely friendly as well. The first dentist I am excited about seeing in six months. Would definitely recommend Dr. Lozover.

The visit with Larisa was great. The office smells a little funky, so make sure to wear clothes that you don't care about because the smell will stick... Very sweet lady and explained everything that needs to be done. She showed concern when questions were brought up. Overall a great experience.

Dr. L. Lozover and staff made me feel at ease right away. She made her recommendations upon examination and completed a lot of work the same day. I will be happy to come back next week to see her for a second appointment.

Dr. Lozover makes going to the dentist a little easier. She is professional and has a gentle touch. My teeth have gone through a transformation which many other dentists were unable to achieve. One of the best qualities is her thoroughness. Dr. Lozover explains everything she will perform with detail everytime. This is important to me so I don't feel cheated and it makes for great patient experience!

Dr. Lozover is professional, caring and devoted to helping her patients. Unlike many dentists I have been to, she takes her time to explain exactly what she will be doing and why.
