The review is based on the staff and dental hygienist which are very welcoming and professional, my husband , my toddler and myself had a wonderful 1st experience although we didn’t get a chance to meet the dentist himself we are just happy we found an office that can treat all of us.

His staff was very pushy to sell you braces/invisaline etc. from the moment they took photos of my teeth they were trying to sell me on expensive services I did not come in for. One of the ladies actually brought in a credit application to get the process started after pressuring me. I don’t recommend nor will return

I will never ever return to this office. Mr. Weiss attempted to pressure me into doing a procedure I was not comfortable with doing unless absolutely necessary (ie after a root canal). I firmly refused and I requested the procedure that I was comfortable with and had only had to do twice in the 22 years since my tooth was damaged.
He exited the treatment room and soon after another staff member came in and informed me that the procedure would cost me ALOT to do that day because it was a procedure that needed 'preapproval' and then the story changed into it was considered 'cosmetic' and then it changed again to 'he's not comfortable doing it'. Now if they thought this would intimidate me into caving into doing a procedure I would never trust a random dentist into doing they were WRONG.
The information about needing preapproval/cosmetic was a LIE and his body language gave him away. After calling my insurance and previous dentist I realized I could not trust anyone in the office and promptly left!
The entire trip to this dentist was a waste of time. I left in tears and sobbed all the way home because of the disrespect and disingenuous behavior I had to endure.
The silver lining is due to Mr Weiss deplorable behavior I was able to get a 6pm appointment 1 & 1/2 (yes one and half) hours away by mass transit in Rego Park where the dentist fixed my chipped tooth, ALL FEES WERE COVERED BY MY INSURANCE, and it did not need preapproval.
Shame on him, his complicit staff member, and his upselling tactics via intimidation.

The female dentist that my children and I had was stand offish. She had an attitude and my daughter said she was rude to her because she told the doctor that the air she was blowing in her mouth made her tooth hurt. I was in the other room getting preped she told my daughter just go get out.

Setting up appointments on ZOCDOC should be convenient and although details are noted as to why the appointment has been scheduled the office kept calling and leaving multiple messages which i find is annoying/harassment. I called the office and confirmed the appointment one week prior at that point the receptionist stated she noted the account. I kept getting daily calls and messages working in healthcare often times my cell reception is bad at my office as a result calls are missed. I think their should be a limit on how often patients are called. TY

This was the fastest cleaning I've ever had. It lasted for less than 5 minutes. I found the hygienist quite abrupt and didn't feel like my teeth were cleaned as I have had in the past.
