The wait time was incredibly long, I actually fell asleep. Dr. Sarowitz was kind and very knowledgeable, however it did not make up for the wait time.

Dr. Sarowitz was not there that day but I was attended by another one of his colleagues and it was great. Will definitely go back again. He helped me understand what was going on and I left very happy from the establishment.

The doctor explains why and how a procedure is done in detailed and in a very clear way for me to understand. He educates his patients. I don't have to wonder what will be next. Very informative.

My visit with Dr. Sarowitz was exceptional! I’ve been having a hard time finding a dentist in the city that I felt comfortable with, but Dr. Sarowitz put my mind at ease. His bedside manner was among the best I’ve experienced. He melded just the right amount of humor and conversation, but didn’t make me uncomfortable with forced small talk. I felt that he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the best treatment option for me. Because of the apparent ease with which he performed the work, and his genuine care about me as a patient, he’ll be my first choice for future visits.

The two lovely ladies at the front desk, Eliz and Erica, were super helpful and welcoming! Once I entered, they made sure I was helped right away. Erica and Eliza offered their assistance after my appointment for any questions I may have in the near future.
I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, however, once I came to see Dr. Sarowitz, I have decided to be more proactive about my dental hygenine. He was super informative and helpful. I did have a lot of questions, however, he explained his answers throughly. He also made me feel comfortable throughout his consultation. I already recommended him to my immediate family. Thank you so much, Dr. Sarowitz!

I've avoided going to the dentist for years (and I have a bunch of work I need to get done). I was so scared to even be there but Eliz and Erica (at the front desk) were so warm and friendly, they were patient working with me (and I noticed they showed the same patience to people who called and those who came in). The technician apologized for making me wait so long. Dr. Sarowitz in 5 minutes undid 25 years of my trauma of dentist. He was kind, reassuring, he gave me a plan to get my dental hygiene back to healthy that worked with the boundaries for my insurance, and what I insurance wouldn't cover, the lovely ladies at the front desk helped me find a loan and payment plan for. The cleaning wasn't painful and honestly this experience was the first time I wanted to have a good cry at the dentist, I cannot wait to go back!

Highly recommend getting dental care from Dr. Sarowitz. He is very curteous and has excellent bedside manner. He did not rush, took his time explaining all my options in detail and was very engaging throughout. Overall it was a high satisfactory experience. Looking to forward my next visit with Dr. Sarowitz.

Very informative doctor. My only pet peeve with staff is that no one seems to introduce themselves and state their title. Also, I did not appreciate that the man assisting the doctor went to fix the plugs for the overhead light with the same gloved hands that he touched my mouth with after fixing those dirty plugs. I thought about that in hindsight and was very upset. Gloves are for BOTH of our protection not just his.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone at the office! There was confusion with my insurance and the front desk went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out, and Dr. Sarowitz was extremely efficient, informative, and considerate. Highly recommended!

I have a lot of issues with my oral health. Dr Andrew was very patient explaining everything that needs to be done as well as setting up a tome line so I could work my, work schedule as well as financing out.

This was my first visit. I was referred by a coworker specifically so I could get my filling done with a laser. I heard a lot about it but didn't really know what to expect. Believe the hype! I didn't need a shot, he just jumped right in. The whole appointment only took around 20 mins. Coffee in the waiting room and tv's in all the rooms is a nice touch. Great to have Dr.Sarowitz in the community. This will be my permanent dentist from now on. :)

Dr. Sarowitz is excellent! He got straight to the point and told me exactly what was causing my pain. I also appreciated the fact that he took his time with giving me all my options and explaining each one to me before helping me come to a decision on which way I should go about rectifying the issue. Dr. Sarowitz is the best. Hands down. Needed two extractions and he did both without causing me any pain. Office also seems to be in the middle of a makeover. There were guys measuring for blinds while I was in the waiting room and there were others painting some of the rooms blue when I was leaving.

The office was clean. Everyone was very kind. Dr. Sarowitz gave me every bit of information I needed and answered all of my questions. The receptionists were also quite knowledgeable, which made the situation much more pleasant.
The only difficulty that I had was with the cleaning. I received a basic cleaning from another individual whose name I can't remember. He came into the room quietly and did not speak until I spoke to him. He asked me if I had pain in my tooth, which was quite kind. I informed him that I did. He was still quite heavy handed though; it was a very uncomfortable experience and a bit impersonal. But perhaps he's new? I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he tried his best, but it was still challenging for me. Again, this wasn't Dr. Sarowitz who gave the cleaning, but someone else.

Not thrilled. They kept trying to sell me invisalign rather than address the problem I went there for. The cleaning was quick and painful. And they kept calling me to come back. I found another dentist.

Dr. Sarowitz was very kind, the wait was short, and the staff was highly professional. However, the dental hygienist put me through the most uncomfortable dental cleaning I've ever had. I usually have no trouble with teeth cleanings, but this stood out. I found another dental office for my next cleaning because I can't risk going through that again.

Everyone was sooooo nice! My experiences at prior dentist have always been horrible, Andrew was super friendly, answered all my questions honestly and made everything so comfortable. Yahaira,the lady who cleaned my teeth, did the best job ever, mind you I could be a really horrible and difficult customer because I'm just so sensitive in my mouth. Great office! Love them. Will definitely come back.
