The dentist was excellent. Had to hang out for almost 20 minutes after seeing the dentist (trying to verify some insurance stuff) and still left without a plan of action but hopefully they will get back to me soon.

I finally found a job with dental insurance for the first time in years so I went to see Dr. Ochoa. She recommended extensive dental work to fix some issues with my teeth, including fillings and crowns. I got half of the work done and she warned me one cavity had been pretty deep and might be sensitive to temperatures. However, after the anesthetic wore off I immediately started to feel pain in that tooth without any changes in temperature. Dr. Ochoa adjusted the bite on that tooth after the work was done but it never went away. Then she put a permanent crown in on a different tooth and then that tooth started to hurt as well AND I started to have TMJ pain on that side of my jaw for the first time in my life. I went back for several more bite adjustments with no relief, so finally she referred me to an endodontist. Turns out that after seeing Dr. Ochoa I need TWO root canals, one on the original tooth that was hurting and one on the tooth she put the permanent crown on. Now I've maxed out my dental insurance and will have to pay a ton of money out of pocket to the endodontist for the root canals and may have to pay Dr. Ochoa even more money for a permanent crown on the original tooth after the root canals are done. My teeth and jaw didn't hurt before I saw Dr. Ochoa but since then I've been in constant pain for two months and will have spent a small fortune by the time this is all said and done. I will never come back to this hack again. Run away!

I was very pleased with how thorough they were with the cleaning and also with their knowledge of Oil pulling (a first for me, sadly.) I will say that there was a mix up on the appointment time. Apparently, they had received a different time than the one that I confirmed with Zocdoc. It also was not the first time according to them. They were happy to find out who I ordered through so that they could get the issue resolved. Overall, I am glad I went to them. :)

I have not been to a Dentist in over 8 years. They were very thorough in explaining everything that was going on, the process, the details of my bones and gum, and even the treatment options. I was very comfortable and felt a very personable visit.

Everyone was great, from hygienist to the doctor. I just found the lady in the front to be a rude for no reason. Even when she called to leave a message for something they had wrong regarding my claim, she had a lot of attitude. She may be the reason I probably won't go back again.

Overall my experience we good. For some reason the information I filled out on ZocDoc did not make it to the Dr. Office. So I had to fill out all of my information again. Dental Hygienist was great. I saw another Dr. he was nice and went through the results of my cleaning...all is well! Only knock was some of the staff seemed like it was a bother that I was there.

My visit was surprisingly amazing. I don't even like the dentist but she made me feel comfortable. She is down to earth and witty. And when I left I was fully aware of my dental needs and now the dentist to me isn't so bad.

Great! Very good service. Everybody Ive met here are very professional and always have smiles on there faces. Dr Ochoa has talked me into taking care of all my teeth/tooth problems and every time Im in for an appointment I cant thank her enough. Red bud dental is a place I would recommend to anybody with dental needs.
