About Dr. Emily Mejia

Hi! My name is Emily Mejia and I am the new associate dentist at Apex Dental Studios. I’m originally from Peru, but I moved to Orlando at a young age and am proud to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking patients. I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. I provide comprehensive dental care, including extractions, root canal therapy, partial dentures, and general dentistry. My passion for dentistry stems from my love of both biology and art, and I am dedicated to educating patients on preventive care while helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my three birds, Zoro, Echo and Daisy, traveling, and gardening. I strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and understood. I look forward to caring for your smile and helping you feel confident every step of the way!
