3 visits with the dentist office. I have been to both locations, and the staff at both is amazing. I have only met Dr. Bui once, and the other 2 visits were with 2 other gentlemen. All 3 are absolutely amazing. Never finding another dentist.

Dr. Bui was constantly checking on me to make sure I was ok and not in pain during my procedure. The dental hygienist was originally supposed to do my cleaning but since she was with another patient Dr. Bui went ahead and did my procedure so I wouldn’t have to wait. Would definitely come back!

45 minute wait until he saw me after exam he said he will clean my teeth but I also need root canal and then after my husband decided not to get his services for him he said he won’t clean my teeth because I need root canal so there is no point wasted out time plus he does exams and gets hygienist to clean the teeth and also he charged for exam and X-ray even know he didn’t do rest of the services

Overall much more pleasant than I expected, and I really don’t like going to the dentist! Everyone was very nice, he was very conscious of my pain and reminded any time I winced. I would definitely recommend.

He was great, he kept checking on my level of comfort and pain. Very nice and professional. My daughter was allowed to be in the room with me. They turned on cartoon for her because cellphone are not allow in the room. His assistant was wonderful.

I would rather rate the experience rather then the people. I did not meet the dentist as you are not allowed in the back with the patient. My son is 3 and this was his first dentist visit so I was not okay with this. The dentist never came out to introduce himself or even try and put our minds at ease. The lady at the front desk came and got my son and took him to the back less the 5 minutes I heard my son crying saying he wanted his mama and daddy. They brought him back out and said they couldn't see him because he refused care which I was fine with I just don't think a 3year should be going to the back by himself. If it wasn't for the lovely receptionist I would have never given it a try I think it would be fine for adults just not children.

He was so nice! I had to take my kids with me (4 months, 18 months, and 6 years) and there was lots of crying. The whole team was so patient and a few of them held my kids. I absolutely will continue to use Dr. Bui as long as my insurance will cover his office!!

I loved it! They are all very nice and professional. The Doctor took the time to explain what I need done on my teeth and he wasn't pushy trying to get me to do any unnecessary procedures. They sent me a link to fill out the forms online (medical information and such) and it was very easy, I did it all on my phone before my appointment that saved me from having to do the paper forms there.

Replaced a veneer that popped off my front tooth. Was able to accommodate a next day (weekend) early in the morning appointment to have it replaced. Price was very reasonable for an emergency visit.

Dr Bui was the most efficient dentist I have ever seen. From the time I was taken back for exrays to finishing the cleaning was less than 30 minutes! Also, Dr Bui did the cleaning himself. I'll be back in 6 months with the whole family!

Let me preface this by stating that I HATE going to the dentist. Dr. Bui might have turned that around for me.
Dr. Bui was incredibly nice and patient. He staff was polite and efficient. During my entire session they continued to ask if I was okay or I was in any pain. I have never had a dentist with such a caring nature before.
And even though I probably should have, I didn't receive a lecture about taking care of my teeth. Instead, I was given instructions on how to proceed in the future. I was even told what to expect, pain-wise, and what procedures might have to be taken if the current treatment did not resolve the issue. This was a relief because I have been surprised by dentist bills before, not to mention unbearable pain.
If you have trouble locating the office, it's in the HEB shopping center at Louetta and Stuebner (about four doors down from Starbucks.)
I am definitely returning and hopefully just for a cleaning next time.

The staff was friendly, but not so much toward the Dr. Also it was a bit misleading that zocdoc showed them as accepting insurance, but really I had to file the claim because they said they don't deal with insurance... ??

I would highly recommend. The recommended a procedure and proceeded to explain what was covered by insurance and what was out of my pocket including what I would be paying for the visit. Have never had that and it was nice to not be surprised at check out
