Dr. Huey is amazing! She is personable and has great conversations with you while working on your teeth so it's not just awkward silence. She's really attentive and caught that my front teeth were grinding with my lower teeth. She gives valuable feedback as well on dental hygiene - things you'd expect, but not all dentists do.

Dr Wong is such a great dentist (perhaps the best dentist I've ever had)! Her pricing for treatment is lower than what I was quoted at other dental offices, and everything about her practice is what I was looking for in a dentist. Dr Wong and her staff are very knowledgeable, and they are very attentive to their patients’ needs and goals. Dr Wong's office is very clean, and conveniently located in the Financial District of SF. I had been searching for a dentist with a great personality, a clean, nice office, and someone who was not trying to rip me off, and after a couple of tries with other dentists here in The City, I think I have found my dentist for life. Dr. Lydia Wong Huey has been my dentist for probably at least 12 years now. I'm glad I found a great dentist that is competent and caring. She has been more than accommodating to meet my schedule and needs. I've usually never had to wait for my appointment because she schedules patients with reasonable time-frames so you aren't waiting, say, until 3pm for your 2pm appointment. In all the years I've been going to her, I think I've had to wait ONCE maybe 10 minutes past my appointment time because the person before me needed additional time. And even then, she came out to apologize that it might be a few minutes.
And the times when I've arrived a few minutes early, she usually will see me right away. Appointments can be made as you leave your last visit, and an email or phone reminder will be sent to you a few days before the appointment. Her office is clean and modern, but it is small (I think there might be 2 stations). It is her practice and hers alone. I like that.

I think Dr. Wong is very thorough and has all of the latest tech.
I had to wait awhile because she needed to finish up with another patient. She wanted her assistant to give me heads up, but she wasn't able to. I actually left for 30 minutes and did some shopping. It was no problem for me.

Awesome. Excellent. Delivers high-quality dental care. Thoughtful and sensitive. She texts you a reminder. She works with your specific needs and price constraints. She does a thorough job in her cleanings. She whitened my teeth and filled my cavities with such attention to detail that not only did my teeth maintain their whiteness a year after the treatment, i also didn't need any fillings during my yearly follow-up. Dr. Wong has been the best dentist I've ever had. She's very accomadating and her hours are flexible with Saturday appointments available. She's great with kids and entire family. I highly recommend Dr. Lydia Wong Huey to anyone looking for a family dentist. Her office has state of the art equipment. 5 Star Dentist!!!! Who speaks several languages including Spanish. And, most importantly she's gentle.

Dr. Lydia Wong has always been excellent at what she does: professional, caring and friendly. Dr. Wong always explains the process of the treatments in great detail and makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process, whether it's a cleaning, a filling, or something else! I also love the location in downtown. Since I work in the FiDi I have the flexibility to sometimes go during the lunch hour or even before I go to work in the early morning. I've recommended Dr. Wong to family and friends and will continue to do so!
