This was the best office I have ever been to! Not only was it very beautifully set up, they were quick to take me in and very thorough/friendly with explaining my treatment. I was able to book my first appointment to begin my treatment tomorrow but chose to go in next week instead. Most importantly they were extremely understanding with my requirements for treatment since I am a model! Given I have a more extreme case it was very pleasant to hear they would work with me to avoid traditional braces to avoid interfering with my career! Will be recommending this practice to everyone!!

Dr. Lien was very informative and thorough. I really appreciated how much time he took to thoughtfully and earnestly answer all my questions and thoroughly explain the treatment options for my impacted tooth. The office is great - staff is very friendly and helpful, and the space is very nicely designed and laid out.

Nice office, but somewhat misleading process. I arrived at the office and was asked to fill out more paperwork, although I had completed all required docs when I made the appointment on ZocDoc. The receptionist told me that some of the items filled in 'didn't go through' so I needed to fill them out again. After my consultation I agreed to the Invisalign procedure, I was handed an itemized invoice of the Invisalign procedure by the accounts receptionist and told that they don't accept my insurance, but I could still make easy monthly installments out of pocket. I wholeheartedly declined as I am positive that this orthodontists' office shows up in the results when I search under my dental insurance. Not a huge deal, possibly just an error between ZocDoc and their office but this could've been resolved the minute I walked into the office.

My consultation with Dr. Alikhani was really exceptional. I especially liked how he took the time to explain all the different options that were available to me and really made me feel comfortable enough to ask all the questions that I had about my teeth. He was also very engaging and professional and explained things so well that I could understand them easily and his staff was also very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Alikahni and his office to any of my friends and family who are looking for an Orthodontist and straight teeth.

Dr. Alikhani is the best Orthodontist in New York City, hands down. Even if you don't live in Brooklyn, he is worth the trek. His team is very nice, efficient, and...best of all: reasonable! I had a very complex jaw/underbite/teeth problem, and only Dr. Alikhani and his staff was confident about solving it. After visiting 5+ orthodontists with ZocDoc, no one beat Dr. Alikhani!

Had just a consultation, but everything went smoothly. Seen at the appointed time without delays and doctor was personable and informative. Office was clean and cute. Nice place.
The financial consultation portion was a bit lacking. The consultant never called me back to follow up, but anyway the quote I received was quite a bit higher than other places.

Dr. Alikhani was great. He was really friendly and explained all of my options throughly. I'm not sure if I will return because he quoted me a price that is higher than I expected but nonetheless I really enjoyed my consultation. I will definitely be recommending him.

I had a great experience. Dr. Alikhani is very gentle and explained all the treatment options to me carefully. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and I feel like I learned a lot from the consultation. You can tell he just isnt out to make a quick buck but genuinely wants patients to make an informed decision. The office is great too- very clean and professional. New equipment, knowledgeable and courteous staff.

Fairly long wait--hour and a quarter. Would have appreciated a reasonable estimate at the outset. That hour could have been spent elsewhere and I wouldn't have minded, but as it played out I was on the verge of just leaving.
Bedside manner was good, very friendly. Spoke quickly and used many technical terms. Had to stop him multiple times to go back and explain or define something.
Hopeful I'll be able to report a more positive story over the coming months!

Both the doctor and the rest of the staff were super friendly and pleasant. The procedure I needed (removal of a fixed retainer) was pretty basic, so I can't comment on more complex orthodontic work, but everyone was very competent and thorough, and I would certainly go back and/or recommend the practice to others.
