He was nice. Office is held together by tape don't bother filling out forms through zocdoc you have to do it again there . I would not return to this office.

Great, quick and very convenient location. The nurses had fantastic bed side manners.. Dr. Patel is more professional in his demeanor, not to say he was cold, but I wouldn't call him a warm person either.

I was not happy about the professionalism of the MA that assisted me. My appt was at 5:50 and got move up to 5:30. I was seated and asked to wait to take my x-rays. She then comes in and 15 minutes later tells me that the doctor has to see another patient before me. That the patient had just arrived and her appt was before mine. I was beyond pissed because it was not my fault the lady's appt was at 4pm and she decided to come in at 6:30 to be seen. I've never experienced something like this. Not only was I asked to leave the room I had to wait outside another 10 minutes to be seen.

Worst experience. Went for cleaning & scaling visit, They insisted to take the complete inter oral & bite wing xrays. Later since I was not satisfied with there service asked for sharing the Xrays for which I had payed them.Even after 1 month of follow up they have not shared the digital xrays. They will make you call again and again and give the excuses that manager is out or something & they need approval from him.

Very impersonal, i was kept waiting in the room on the bed for an hour while he saw 3-4 other patients simultaneously, I needed a braces consultation and he did not give any information as to what treatment i would need or how long it would take he just quoted a price and said " let me know if you want" then left the room. Very unprofessional.

my experience was not good. I went for a complete exam, cleaning and a filling. he took a couple xrays of my back teeth, and a two minute cleaning, which was him running the toothbrush over some of my teeth. no flossing or anything. he did not have an assistant and during the filling the stuff was going all down my throat and water was getting all over me. the filling was rough and clunky and came off after a few days. he was nice but I wouldn't recommend him.
