Dr. Oliver was extraordinarily nice during my visit and even did the cleaning herself. The front office staff talked to me about my insurance options and worked with me to ensure the whole course of treatment could be taken care of over time.

This was my first visit with Dr. Oliver and she takes late appointments which is so convenient. I'm so intimated about going to the dentist, but she put me at ease and always asked if I was doing ok. She was great and easy to talk with about my dental work. I will be continuing my treatments with Dr. Oliver!

I kept being booked for unnecessary appointments. Every time I would ask her what was the appointment for, she would smile, chuckle but NEVER answered my questions. I was having a crown put on but then when it was time for a routine checkup, I was told I had to pay for the service out of pocket because all of my benefits had been spent for the year, thanks to her. That meant that if I had a dental emergency, I would've had to pay out of pocket instead of my co-pay. Fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice, shame on me. I will NEVER EVER go back to her EVER again.

The staff is friendly and listens to the patient. Mrs. Oliver dose her work in an efficient and speedy manner, I've had a root cannal done and I have no issues with the procedure, and I recommend Mrs. Oliver to anyone.
