I had a good cleaning on my teeth today, from the hygienist. Dr. Bienenstock will work on two teeth next week.

The office is not well kept. the equipment looked very outdated. There was nothing modern about the place. It is not reassuring for a patient to see a messy unkept dental office. I did not receive an X-ray and was told that if I closed my gap I would have a perfect smile. I happen to think my smile is perfect as is. It was very rude and unprofessional of him to be more concerned and insistent about my gap then what I was actually there for. Professionals that I've seen in the past have always been pro gap. The cleaning was mediocre and he didn't even give me water to rinse. I had to get it myself. Overall this is not the kind of place I want to keep my dental health care in.

Did not follow up on the procedures that we talked about. Unfortunately, I didn't get any feedback about the work that was needed to be taken care of. Still waiting for necessary steps. Not to satisfied with the way everything was handled.

I don't think I would recommend this doctor, I was of his chair in less than 15 minutes. He performed dental cleaning, using some kind of powder, which was blown all over my face and eyes. He was forcing me out the chair before I even got to rinse my mouth, which was filled with this powder, I could hardly breath. Didn't want to inhale it down my throat.
He has no assistant, no X-ray machines. It took me longer to fill out paper work than the cleaning itself. I was shocked. Not what I have read in reviews about him on Zocdoc.
